Rebuilding the chain when it broke and through sheer persistence seeing the transaction through to successful conclusion. My sincere thanks to all who were involved.

GoogleMoving house can be a long and stressful process, we can testify to that more than most. The main positive throughout the whole process was the level of service we received from Antony and the team. We have probably spoken to all of the guys over the past 6 months and every single one provided excellent updates, were professional and kept us informed. On top of that they are also a really nice bunch of people! Will definitely be back (hopefully not too soon!)

GoogleExcellent all round We decided to sell our house through Sandersons because of their professional approach and attitude. It is a difficult decision to make in these days of the internet when essentially all the agents use the same tools and methods. Sandersons do not have an office window in Folkestone for passers by to look in but I elected that was not of high importance. The photographs and subsequent brochure prepared were superb as witnessed by us attracting many viewings and an acceptable offer with 8 weeks despite selling in a weak sellers market. They valued the house sensibly, not the cheapest and helped negotiate the agreed price without accepting the lowest offer. In other words they worked for us and our buyer. They inducted viewings impeccably and followed up interest shown. All the staff were very helpful throughout the process. I can't fault anything Anthony and his team have done for us. Additionally, the people buying our house have commented to us how professional, friendly and good our agents were throughout the process!

GoogleProfessional and knowledgeable independent agent... highly recommended Very pleased with the service received from Antony and the team at Sanderson's. I instructed them on the basis of a very professional valuation and the impressive service offered as standard when compared with other agents who we also saw. Our property was then sold quickly to the first buyer they introduced and for a higher sum than we had initially expected to receive. After the sale was agreed Antony was thankfully very conscientious with regard to progressing the sale. This was particularly important as both the agent and solicitor at the bottom of the chain were frankly inept and had it not been for Antony's chasing and keeping us informed I'm not sure we would ever have exchanged contracts. I would highly recommend Sanderson's to anyone looking to sell their home in Ashford.

GoogleFantastic estate agent! We started with an online agent over a year ago - thinking house selling would be quick and simple... After 6 months we switched to Sandersons (Ashford branch) and sold within weeks. The staff were knowledgable, efficient, engaged, easily contactable and negotiated the price perfectly. I hadn't thought much about the post-offer side of things, so when our house sale got complicated I was completely in Sanderson's hands. I realise now that post-offer is where the majority of the work is for an estate agent, and we simply couldn't have navigated this with an online agent. Antony was fantastic: knowledgable, calm, personable and contactable. He kept our buyers onboard though months of issues and got the sale through. The communication was second to none: I never had to chase for information and all my questions were answered immediately. They also recommended fantastic solicitors and surveyors who all talk to each other making the process simple. Sandersons negotiated the trickiest of sales with skill and professionalism. I can't recommend them enough. If you're planning to sell your house, go with Sandersons. They really are worth every penny. I never leave reviews but in this case I was motivated to share my views.

Our house was sold very easily and quickly. We was kept informed throughout the whole selling process by Jane and she could not do enough for us to ensure that what can be an stressful time was made as smooth as possible. Maxine showed us around the house we were interested in, was very friendly and answered all our questions, we felt at home straight away. Then once we decided to purchase the house we were looked after by Antony who was always in contact with us and helping with every step of the way with any queries. GoogleJane and her team gave us a very personal and highly professional service from start to finish. They kept us informed as to progress on the sale and helped us with house clearance and related issues which we really appreciated, given we live hundreds of miles from the house where we grew up. Sandersons proved themselves to be a top quality estate agent and very nice people to boot!

This is the 2nd time I have rented with them, I thought maybe the 1st time around we were just unlucky...but no. Customer service is awful! Do not expect a response to emails the first time, you have to send at least 2 to get an answer within 2 weeks! The staff are so grumpy and rude. The maintenance reporting system is awful, it asks you to call to report and then you're told you've done the wrong thing. They are all serving to the landlords, not to service the tenant at all. If you think you will get your deposit back...think again. I have rented with 6 different agencies and always got my full deposit back, apart from Sandersons even after leaving the property in an even better condition than received.I am yet to find out what will happen with my current deposit. Many other problems throughout the past year that I have never experienced with any other agent. DO NOT RENT WITH THEM!

Just had my complimentary internal conservatory valet. Purchased roof blinds last year and am very pleased with the Sanderson product. Rob and Lewis carried out the valet and wow what an amazing job they did. Just to put the cherry on the cake, both Rob and Lewis were a pleasure to have in my home. Punctual, Clean, Respectful and very friendly. Well done both.
