GoogleWe have recently exchanged contracts, Sandersons were the agent that sold our house. We have also bought through Sandersons for our forward purchase. From the very beginning everybody at Sanderson‘s has been amazing all extremely helpful. They can’t do enough for you to help, our sales progresser Kerry Blue has been there every step of the way, since having prices agreed on both sides of the chain. Kerry has always been on the phone and helpful whenever we needed to talk to her and always updating me along the way. I would definitely recommend Sandersons’s and if ever selling again would definitely use them. Many thanks for a great service.

GoogleThis is the second time we have used Sandersons to sell a property and we would definitely use them in future. Antony was extremely professional in a tricky market. Jackie has been so helpful and professional in handling viewer bookings and feedback, I will miss chatting things over with her. Matt takes amazingly realistic photos/videos, no exaggerations that could easily lead to disappointed viewers. GoogleSimply the best in business. As a developer and a landlord with a number of residential properties across London, I initially met Charlotte as a tenant during her tenure at her previous agency. Upon meeting her, I was very impressed by her professionalism and ability to promptly address any issues that I flagged up during my tenancy. While disappointed to learn that she had been recruited by Sandersons and would no longer be managing the property I resided in, it served as a testament Matthew’s knack for identifying talent and his commitment to building a professional team around him, so I took note of this. Fast forward a few months, we have successfully completed a development project consisting of 5 flats in the W11 area. Having historically mostly dealt with an agency which is considered to be one of the top in the country as well as globally, we initially intended to engage them on a sole basis for marketing the flats with the view to let them out. However, given how impressed I was with Charlotte, I thought it would be a good opportunity to have a conversation with Sandersons and consider them also. Subsequent to Sandersons’ team attending the property and making a very good first impression, we have decided to list the flat via dual listing with both our previous estate agency and Sandersons. My general belief before engaging Sandersons was that it really does not matter what estate agency markets the property - the reasoning behind it being that the prospective tenants access the same web portals to conduct their search. I was incorrect in this belief. Sandersons’ letting team led by Anna have managed to find tenants for 5 out of 5 flats in a brief stint the flats were on the market. I am yet to be able to explain to myself how they have managed to achieve this, however the result speaks for itself. They really do care about their clients across both ends of the market and I cannot commend them enough for their exceptional service.

GoogleThe purchase of the property which is now my home, was through Sandersons Ashford branch. I viewed the property a couple of times before putting in the offer the two ladies namely Jackie Alexander and Kerry Blue acted with exemplary professionalism. Once my offer was accepted I was not only kept informed of developments but was assisted in looking for local surveyors and solicitors. My queries were dealt with efficiently and as soon as possible I’m happily settled into my new home and enjoying my new surroundings. I would have no hesitation in recommending Sandersons to family and friends if they were looking to buy in the areas Sandersons have their branches Thank you to all staff.

Google7 years ago we purchased our first house through Sandersons. Last year we decided to put the house on the market & thought we’d use them again & I’m very happy that we did. The team are always very easy to get hold of and are incredibly polite and helpful. They always kept us in the loop with what was going on and were professional at all times. I would like to give a special thank you to Shayna & Cherie for their help with our viewings. They were always on time for showings & I trusted them being in our house. And I’d also like to say thank you to Kerry for her expertise and dealing with the sale of the house. She made everything easy to understand, was always available to speak to and put us at ease during the experience. I would 100% recommend using Sandersons.

TrustpilotLuxating Patellas - Yorkshire Terrier
Our 6 year old small Yorkshire Terrier, Rosa, had surgery 9 weeks ago for luxating patellas in both legs. The skill of the orthopedic surgeon and the after care has been second to none. She had her final x-ray last week and the results were excellent. She is now out of cage rest and is very happy, bouncy and ready to get on with life. We are extremely grateful to the surgeon, Stuart, to Richard and to all the nurses and vets who have taken the very best care of Rosa and us!! Thank you all from the bottom of our hearts
