GoogleMy company stores computer parts at Safestore locations around the country. Safestore Swanley is the branch allocated to me for my parts collection and drop off. When I call in to collect or drop off my parts the staff are always very friendly and helpful :)

GoogleThe customer service was brilliant. An Agent called Visa was extremely polite, very helpful and very professional. He assisted with technical ideas on how to safe store a large fragile electronic and even went over and beyond in packaging it. He is an asset to your business. Thanks.

GoogleThis was a waste of time and money renting out office space, it would have been more useful putting the money in a blender and drinking it. They say you can cancel after 3 months, this is not the case. Neither is the 30 day notice when your leaving because they take the payments every 28 days so you still lose money, however the worst thing that this company has done is take the money from me and have the audasity to turn round and say I havent so they must take it from my deposit. Last time I use this company or any company like it and I urge other people who want storage to ask a friend or family member who has an extra room at their disposal

GoogleI found the whole experience very easy from start to finish. I was sceptical about prices etc but found there were no hidden charges at all. The chap i dealt with was called Jason and he was very helpful, explained everything very clearly and ran me through the security and rules. He noticed we could take up a better option for us and discussed it with us before we made any mistakes. I found the whole place was very modern, clean and accessible and as the also sell moving boxes and parcel tape etc it was so easy to move our items. I was impressed by the level of security and im now considering moving my business workshop into their bespoke workshop premises they rent out. Cath W
