GoogleKasia was simply fantastic! I was in to send the DHL parcel and I didn’t fully know how to go about it, so Kasia helped me by showing me what website to use and how to put in all my information. She had no problem with my sitting in her reception while completing the forms and we had a nice chat in the meantime too. Great service:)
