GoogleBought my house though balgores Hayes and then sold it 6years later though them with Joe Hayes being my port of call. It was a long process but not balgores fault and was always on the phone chasing people and keeping me up to date. Always rate them when people ask about estate agents. Thanks Joe and team.

GoogleI would not recommend them. Initially excellent service when I was trying to choose an agent, and they did find a tenant. However, once the tenant was in place the service was definitely lacking. They were unable to resolve persistent late payment issues regardless of repeated promises to ensure the tenant had standing order in place, and were of no real assistance with solving problems with the same difficult tenant who then needed to be removed. I would not describe it as a fully managed service, and despite paying a monthly fee felt on my own and that the property was not being managed properly.

GoogleI used Sarah Morgan again for my remortgage and she was again excellent. Explained everything thoroughly, did everything at my convenience and made me feel like a valued customer. Also, Becky Taylor who I also dealt with a lot was so helpful and everytime she said she would do something she and I feel both Sarah and Becky went above and beyond to make me feel like a valued customer. When I come to get my next mortgage I wouldn't consider using anyone else

GoogleThanks to all at the Uppermill office who gave a fantastic service from start to finish. James gave our property a thorough look before giving good advice and a good valuation. Anne went that extra mile when taking the photos, calling on a sunny day to get the best exterior shots then returning and taking lovely interior photos showing the house off to best effect. Simon initially, and then Jenny towards completion, kept us well informed and definitely helped to keep us well updated and things moving as the solicitors seemed to go to sleep !!! No wonder Ryder and Dutton win so many awards ! Service second to none in this area. Regards Martin and Helen O'Connor
