GoogleI was very impressed by the proactive nature of the service, the promptness of replies and the willingness to do that extra bit. I have found it a rare experience in the last twenty years not to be chasing up for answers and waiting ages for replies. I would definitely recommend Rolfe East (Sherborne branch) and only wish I had used them to sell my last house.

GoogleWe were really happy with every aspect of the service we received from Rolfe East. Their fees were competitive, they prepared great property particulars that showed our home off to its best advantage, gave us reasonable notice for all viewings and were generally helpful, professional and pleasant. Later, when there were problems in our chain, they helped smooth things over and kept the lines of communication open, which enabled us to proceed to completion. We would definitely use them again if we hadn't just moved out of their area!

GoogleWe purchased our property through Rolfe East (Sherborne) recently. They were quick and efficient when we booked a viewing and Katie was very friendly and came back to us quickly with replies to questions and the response to our offer. Unfortunately, we experienced quite a delay between our offer being accepted and the conclusion. Although this was not the fault of Rolfe East, we did feel that the company could have been a little more transparent on the reasons for delays - we were getting very different messages from the sellers' solicitors (although it could have been that the sellers were not being entirely honest). I can't say it was a smooth and stress-free journey and the timing, once things did progress, could definitely have been better for us. However, the team at Rolfe East were always polite and friendly and worked well with our Conveyancer to smooth the way to a very satisfactory conclusion to it all when we collected the keys to our wonderful new home!

GooglePerfect 5 star service from Rolfe East Sherborne; couldn't fault it. As a buyer I had the unfortunate experience of my own house sale falling through at a very late stage. Rolfe East were very helpful, keeping their sellers informed of my intentions and this kept the pressure off me at what was a very stressful time. I felt confident keeping them in the loop as I raised alternative funds. The purchase was delayed, but we got there eventually, thanks to the tact and patience of the Rolfe East team.

GoogleAlmost 3 months ..still not received deposit from them All times they said nobody’s available to speak with us and never call back like they promised We call them more then 5 times and send so many emails and nothing happened .. Last time they said the money has been transferred and wait 3-5 working days and still nothing happened Never recommend to my friends and my clients this estate agency anymore ! Please reply to my comment if all I said is not true !

GoogleNot great at dealing with clients. The agent I was assigned to was hard to get in contact with. Other staff say that they will ask the agent to call back but never does. It took over a week to get my holding deposit back which should have taken 3 days max. Don't waste your time!!!

I have to commend both David Curley and Chris Baker who I dealt with extensively. Professional, courteous and just a joy to interact with. GoogleRolfe East sold my house and my parents house. Despite both transactions being long drawn out affairs, Chris Baker of Rolfe East remained calm, patient and professional throughout. They achieved better than expected sales prices and their sales commission was very competitive. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.
