GoogleWe recently bought from Rolfe East in Sherborne, the team, Laurence, Megan and Natalie, made the purchase very smooth. From the initial viewing to the last few days of the purchase. The team kept us updated on properties going on the market, but once we settled on our house, they communicated with us well from our offers and then assisting in getting our surveys completed, and subsequent visits The team worked great with our solicitors.

GoogleRolfe East estate agents did us proud with the sale of our property in Yetminster. We believe that the agents priced our property at just the right level as it needed a considerable amount of work doing to it. Set at a realistic price we had viewings within days of it going on the market. We accepted an offer after 4 x weeks of viewings. Each stage in proceedings was communicated well with us. As we lived some distance away every single step was dealt with efficiently by the team at Rolfe East. They also recommended a local solicitors who were equally as efficient. I strongly recommend Rolfe East to prospective sellers.

GoogleI can't recommend Rolfe East Sherborne highly enough. From start to finish, they handled the sale of my house with real professionalism and care. Once a buyer was found, the whole process moved incredibly quickly, the sale completed in under a month, which I honestly didn't think was possible. A huge thank you to Natalie and Meghan, who worked tirelessly to keep everything on track and were always on hand to help, often going well beyond normal working hours to get things done. Laurence also put together a clear, well-thought-out plan that gave me real confidence throughout the process. What's really stood out is that their support hasn't stopped since the sale completed, they've continued to be helpful and responsive even afterwards. It's rare to find an estate agent that goes this far above and beyond. If you're looking to sell your home, I'd wholeheartedly recommend the team at Rolfe East Sherborne.

GoogleAbsolutely brilliant. Not pushey and so honest with genuine staff. Wouldn't think of using anyone else and highly recommend them to anyone in Sherborne and Milborne Port area. They give honest opinions without any sales patter. Very transparent contracts and they do not try and catch you out or tie you in. Got us a great buyer from their own books. Thanks so much.

The team achived a high amount of interest in my property from day 1 & were able to secure close to asking price & we sold STC within less than 2 weeks of hitting the market. GoogleAsked them to remove a for sale sign that had just been put up outside of my property (on council land without permission) only to be laughed at by Emma and told that I could speak to their boss. Appalling and will remember if I ever sell.

GoogleUnbelievably rude. I phoned last week to ask if they could possibly remove a sign from outside my house (council land but still no permission and blocks a safe view up the road of oncoming traffic). It is nowhere near the property for sale. No news so asked again today. She laughed at me and said they won't be moving it and I could speak with her boss who isn't available. Well the council seemed disgusted at your response Emma and have already been out to take photos. I will remember if I ever sell my property. Edit - thanks for the reply, but unfortunately completely inaccurate as Emma highlighted very quickly it is council land whilst sniggering. She knows where it as do you so simply remove it. I will call again at my convenience, not yours. Fully deserving of a 1 star review due to her reaction.

You called from an anonymous number. When asked by my colleague Emma, you would not leave your phone number with us. I wanted to call you back to establish where the board had been placed so that we could change or remove it. We had no way of contacting you. We do not feel this warrants a 1 star google review. GoogleI cannot stress enough how wonderful the team at Rolfe East Sherborne are, from the moment I contacted them to sell my home of 36 years, from having Laurence visit to do a valuation and the house going on the market was all done with little or no stress to myself. Within 6 months i accepted an offer and was able to start the process of buying our new forever home, unfortunately my sale fell through at the last minute due to no fault of my buyers. Megan stepped up and gave much needed support, dealt with the estate agents I was buying from and we put my home back on the market, a few weeks later I accepted a new buyers offer, and was able to renew my offer for our new home which was accepted again Megan and the team kept everyone aware of progress, they didn't have to, but because of the care shown by Megan, Laurence and the team taking the pressure off me and doing what they do so fantastically well, I am now living the dream in my chosen forever home in Cornwall, I really can't thank the Rolfe East team enough for everything, fromstart to finish they have gone above and beyond to ensure I got the right result. I also asked for recommendations for solicitors to use, one of the recommended was Natalie Howell at Mogers Drewet also amazing. The service at Rolfe East is second to none, thank you all so very very much for all your care and attention.

GoogleI was in two minds about using a traditional estate agent, but was very pleased that I decided to use Rolfe East to sell my property in Sherborne. Laurence and his team (Megan, Natalie & Emma) were always friendly and helpful, and communications were excellent. Despite a rather 'flat' market I had a good number of early viewings and completed on a sale in just over two months. Highly recommended.

As a first time homer buyer, I had endless questions - from bills to renovation queries - and whenever I called, I'd always get a callback within a couple of hours without fail. He was also great at chasing things down. Whether that was getting specific answers from the seller or their solicitor which helped keep things moving. Exactly the kind of agent you want in your corner. Would highly recommend Mehmet and the team.

GoogleThe decision to use Rolfe East in Sherborne for my house sale was driven by seeing another house that was perfect for me, which also happened to be on the market with them, so it meant I had to act fast to get mine listed. It was a daunting prospect, especially doing it alone, but from the moment I walked into Rolfe East and made my initial enquiries, I felt reassured and positive about things and I was given full confidence that they could support and help me to achieve the outcome I wanted, and they have truly delivered. Laurence guided me very helpfully and professionally through the initial stages of getting my property on the market and worked tirelessly to give it as much exposure as possible, and throughout the process since then, I have had a brilliant experience with the whole team. Emma, Megan and Natalie have been very communicative, responsive and helpful throughout, and generally pleasant and enjoyable to deal with. The solicitor and mortgage adviser I used also came recommended by Laurence and they have been a wonderful support too and very professional, communicative and efficient, so that has also made the process a lot easier.
