Laurence and the team including Paige, Sophie & Katie also previous staff members have been great to communicate with throughout the process. They treated us with respect and understood the importance dealing with a sale of a property that required vision to take forward and complete.
This was not an easy journey, but Rolfe East - Sherborne did themselves credit dealing with some very challenging potential 'buyers'.
We would have no hesitation recommending them to anyone wishing to buy or sell properties.

GoogleYou’re warned to stay away from this agent if you’re a tenant. Unfortunately, most of the reviews here are at the start of tenancies. I’ve had the most horrible experience with them at the end of my tenanancy. They will make every attempt to put their hands on as much as possible of the deposit with the most shocking claims and unbelievably high quotations. It was absolutely horrendous dealing with them and I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone.

GoogleAWFUL AGENTS. I moved out almost three months ago and have still not received my full deposit refund. The agents paid me a random figure which was not what I originally paid in deposit. For three months I have had to chase up on their mistake and yet have received nothing, they've been super unhelpful and have had no urgency in getting this money back to me despite it being their mistake!! Useless.
I honestly would not recommend them at all.

Dear Aleesha,
May we once again remind you that you were released early from a contract you were legally bound to stay in for a much longer period of time.
Due to the fact that there were multiple tenants in the property there seemed to have been some confusion as to who had paid what percentage of the deposit, which is why you have had to wait.
May I also remind you that as you found your own replacement tenant the deposit should have been dealt with by you directly, with the incoming tenant. This was not something that Rolfe East or the landlord should be involved in resolving.
We can not release any of the monies from the deposit scheme until the end of the tenancy agreement. So you should have dealt with this when you found your replacement.
Despite all this we have once again got involved to help you resolve this with the tenant, but again we find there is a lack of appreciation or understanding on your side. I request you refrain from giving negative reviews to people who have done nothing but help you.
