GoogleWe recently secured a flat to rent through Rolfe East and at every step of the way Sasha who we delt with was so lovely. We were made to feel wanted and not another set of tennants. Sasha went above and beyond to make the moving in process really simple.

GoogleRolfe East found the perfect flat for us in west Ealing. They understand your needs very well. I definetely recommend them if you look for a flat in London. Not only renting the flat but during the tenancy they are very helpful, quick and polite. If we go back to London, we will knock Rolfe East's door first to find a place. GoogleRented a property through Rolfe East. The agent, Gabriela, was very helpful. She was very quick, answering to any enquiry through email and then facilitating the signing of the contract. Also, at the agency everybody was very friendly. I definitely recommend them if you are looking to rent a property.

GoogleJames and later Ashe both were professional, understanding and knowledgeable. They showed great patience as the sale process took over 18 months due to probate issues and complications. They took last minute unforeseen problems with ease. They helped with a long and sometimes stressful period of me being an executor of the estate. Thank you very much.

GoogleRolfe East are a respectful and professional estate agent. I have had such bad experiences with other estate agents who were rude, pushy and threatening, it was a welcome relief to have found them. Having recently bought a house through them I would highly recommend using them.

GoogleJames and the team at Rolfe East Acton worked extremely hard to sell my flat - it was an unusual sale in that I was selling with tenants in place and was under time pressure to complete in order to purchase a house. James, Ash & Lamour handled a difficult situation professionally, dealing with the tenants who were not keen on viewings, sensitively and diplomatically. They got me a good offer from a cash buyer and then stayed involved throughout the sale process, prompting both parties' solicitors to make sure delays were kept to a minimum. I can't imagine any other estate agents providing such a comprehensive and personal service and cannot recommend them highly enough.

GoogleAsh Patel heads up an entirely trustworthy and hardworking team that will do their best for you. They may not boast the biggest office but Rolfe East uses the same property websites as any of the others and charges the least commission. I particularly liked the way Ash dealt with the sale of our Acton home showing integrity, humanity and respect for both myself and the buyer. I was quite intimidated by other competing Estate Agents and I am far from timid! I recommend Rolfe East unreservedly.
