GoogleThroughout a roller coaster ride trying to sell our house during the Brexit period, Rolfe East and in particular, Laurence Truett, has provided the very best information, the concrete support and patience when all around us was chaotic. Laurence had to cope with Is losing our first chain before Christmas and did his utmost to keep us in touch with our dream home. Just after January, we were back in the game. He was instrumental in chasing solicitors, ensuring that our sale was smooth this time round. He always made time to cope with my questions, rants and frustration and has always put my family first. In short, I really couldn't rate them higher. They offer realistic advice and a personalised service that you will not get further up Cheap Street. They are very much how estate agents should be. Honest and hard working for all the right reasons. If you are thinking of buying or selling around Sherborne, you won't find better quality customer focused service. They have been very proactive with regard to their regular contact with me as a potential buyer and the service and highly professional advice they have provided is impressive. They have offered a bespoke service and have gone to great lengths to identify my priorities as a potential buyer and then matched them with properties in the areas they cover. All members of their team have offered an excellent level of discreet customer service, have been easy to deal with and been unfailingly pleasant and polite. I would have no hesitation in using this company to sell my property.

From our first meeting, Laurence was very professional and arrived equipped with a lot of relevant research on similar local properties. He knows the market well. He was efficient and very pleasant to deal with. Throughout the selling process he kept liaising with all parties involved to ensure that things progressed as smoothly as possible.

GoogleWe had an excellent experience with Rolfe East in Sheborne. We had tight time restraints and having contacted various local estate agents we decided to go with Rolfe East. With Laurances knowledge of the local area, personable approach as well as ensuring the many positive aspects of our property were clearly communicated, we had great confidence that Laurance and his team would be best trusted to sell our property and they did not disappoint. They communicated with all parties throughout the process and ensured the best price for our property and gave an excellent level of customer service. We would wholeheartedly recommend Laurence and Rolfe east in Sherborne. We have no intention of moving again soon, but if we were to then we would certainly use Rolfe East, Sherborne.

GoogleFleur was great - very insightful, and gently persuasive. We are moving into a 3 bed house in South Ealing. I'd been very clear about what we wanted and asked her to try really hard not to waste my time getting me to view just for the sake of it. Of all the agents in the area we dealt with, her style was the most unexpected, but she's the one who got the results. She isn't pushy, but clearly listens to both of her client parties. She intuitively matched me up with the home owners, and I think she made a very good pairing. Genuine, honest and good interpersonal skills. Thanks Fleur. GoogleWe moved from the US to London and didn't think we'd be able to get a flat till we got here, but we were able to set something up almost completely via email thanks to Fleur Adams. Rolfe East stood out from the rest - It was rented quickly and easily with no hassle to very good tenants.We felt completely satisfied with the service and were well looked after - Rolfe East will be the first agents we instruct next time one of our properties comes up.
