Without the above and beyond effort of Sophie at Rolfe East Sherborne my move to the area would not have happened. The sale of the property I was moving from (through a different agent in another area) suffered repeated delays which strained and jeopardised the chain. Laurence, Sophie, Paige and Megan have been amazing. We invited 3 local estate agents round to quote but Laurence was the only one who had a vision and for the house, knowing who it would appeal to and how to make the property stand out from others on the market. We were also won over by the 360 degree online viewing facility, which was especially important being in and out of lockdown. At the beginning everything went good, as they want to get new costumers, during our tenancy we had few problems and they send people to fix them relatively quick but once we left the property....what a nightmare! Almost two months making calls and being ignored by everyone there to get our deposit back! After 40 days we get an email saying they will reduce 200 pounds from our deposit for cleaning purposes 😂😂 After that we said we will take legal actions against them and in 5-7 days we had the money back!
