GoogleThe beginning of course great, because you care about new clients. However the end of the tenancy was a joke. Experienced valuation of the contract. Deposit held for more than a month. Ignoring calls and emails by the staff. The amount of stress and anxiety caused by the agency in those uncertain times? Wow If you don't want to be pushed around, do not go there.

GoogleWe rented our flat out in Acton using Rolfe East recently. Our agent (Jay) was extremely professional, friendly and communicative. We got regular updates by phone and email regarding the viewings, which meant we always felt we were in the loop. The pricing structure was nice and clear too. Would definitely recommend.

Absolutely shocking! Stay away from these agents. Whether your a landlord or tenant. They have no idea how to manage a property. They will not make sure your property is looked after. Rent will arrive late amongst other things. Terrible

I recently had an appointment, November 2020, to view a property managed by Rolfe-East. The agent who came out from their Ealing, London, branch is utterly unsuitable to be a salesman. He was rude, disrespectful, big headed and made it seem like he is doing me a favour to show me around. He put me right off that property or any other connected to Rolfe-East.

GoogleOur experience with Rolfe East while looking for a flat to rent has been really exceptional! Jay has been very helpful and got exactly what we were looking for in a flat. He took effort into only arranging viewings of properties that actually matched our criteria (and not any flat available within our budget, which was the case previously with several other agencies). His professionalism has been outstanding and resulted in us finding the ideal flat in a quite short period of time. I would highly recommend Rolfe East, the service they offer is really great!

GoogleThe team at Rolfe East Acton were fantastic in helping us with our first ever purchase. Ash Patel was our key liaison and constantly kept chasing both sets of solicitors to keep the transaction progressing along. When we hit a minor issue he took personal charge of the situation to get it resolved. Ash went above and beyond to help us complete the property (and even after completion) and we would highly recommend Rolfe East.

GoogleMy boyfriend just completed the purchase of his home in East Acton with Rolfe East and I cannot recommend them enough! First, back in March we managed to negotiate a very good price with the help of Nick who was our point of contact with the seller and was outstanding. Subsequently, James took over at a very difficult and stressful moment (due to COVID-19), yet he flawlessly managed to keep on top of everything and to constantly keep in touch with both the vendor and ourselves to make sure everything was going smooth. We had quite a bad luck with our dreadful solicitors (thanks to whom the transaction got delayed), so James had to juggle between the vendor, ourselves, our solicitors and the vendor's solicitors (who, in my opinion, were not a piece of cake either). In all fairness, everytime we called James (towards the end of the transaction was more or less 3 times a day), he was right there, ready with an update or to offer help with any issue or question we had. I really do hope that Rolfe East will open other branches across London as they definitely know how to treat their clients properly and offer second to none level of professionalism and reliability. I recommend them to everyone and we would certainly come back to them when we go for a second house. Thank you James and keep up the good work! Good luck!

Lack of professionalism from the management side. We moved in 10 months agor in a flat full of issues (no hot water nor heating for our 3 first days in winter), with a broken boiler which is breaking every 2 weeks. Our request for boiler change are being ignored as well as all the other issues (damp house,fox infestation because of broken shed where they live in, and more ....) which are being ignored. We are fighting about everything and no being heard. This is unacceptable for the price we are paying we NEVER has a week without an issue since 10 month. Now the landlord surprisingly is thinking to sell the flat and is asking us to vacant the house in 2 months on our contract renewal date... How convenient! If I'd known I would have avoid them at all cost. The worse experience I've ever had as a tenant.
