GoogleYes, was fantastic when Ashley was around. However when business is good …. They open up more branches …… this leads to a drop in quality of service ........nice guy, Ashley, who has worked extremely HARD to get the business to where it is now!

After giving an offer for the asking price, the manager is still sending buyers. If he did not like you, it is very difficult to buy. He saw my deposit and ability to buy, but still dragging . The seller told me that she told him to accept my offer. God knows the reason

GoogleKept in touch well. Emails and phone calls were answered promptly. The estate agent I dealt with was very efficient and pleasant. I would give 5 stars but she was not available when I moved hence spent quite a while learning where all the switches, valves, touchscreens were, what to do with them not to mention the downloading of an app to operate the electric radiators. Possibly just a consequence of moving into an ultra modern flat.PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleWe have just purchased a property marketed by Rolfe East. Reaching exchange of contracts was proving difficult due to the ever-lengthening chain (and solicitors involved) but Laurence in particular worked very hard to get them communicating with each other to get the result we all wanted! All at the office were friendly and helpful, answering any questions we had. GoogleWe sold with Rolfe East in the madness era of stamp duty relief. It took 10 months, three buyers and patience on all sides. When we first enquired about selling, Laurence came armed with plenty of background work on valuation, costs were reasonable and terms were convenient on all sides. Photos were excellent and plenty of them and floor plans had all the measurements (which some still do not do??). During viewings and the selling, Sophie kept us well informed with many out of hours phone calls and maintained communication to the end...which did drag on more than expected. Meagan in the office kept everyone together. The office certainly was a good team with good team spirit, which we felt part of - thank you. We will sell through RE again....but not for a while!!PositiveQuality

Laurence at Rolfe East came to view the house and was the most prepared and professional of all the Estate Agents I saw. I felt he and his team were the best choice and I still feel that. The help and support I received in this difficult time, from viewings to finding solicitors, answering queries, chasing up information and dealing with others in the chain, was impressive. GoogleRolfe East are by far the best estate agents I have experienced. For one thing they always returned our calls or responded to emails within a few hours if they were not in the office to take our call. They liaised with our buyer, buyers chain and always kept us informed of how the sale was going. In particular Sophie (our agent) was so helpful, patient and hard working, often ringing us evenings and weekends to update us , daily at some points. I couldn’t recommend them enough and should I ever move house again would have no hesitate in using them or recommending them to anyone.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleI wanted a flat to rent in Acton. I came across Rolfe East Agency who had a lovely flat for rent. I got in touch and spoke to one of their agent (Jay Cheung) who was very professional and knowledgeable about the properties for viewings. Jay was very helpful, he dealt and answer all my queries. Jay was able to work around my viewing times. Thank you Jay and I definitely recommend this agency with Jay as your agent.

They ripped us off good and proper. Marketed the place as a ‘freehold’ went all the way through to exchange before it turned out to be a leasehold. Where is the integrity gone?? You can’t just blatantly lie to get people through the door.

THIS LAWYER IS A SNAKE ! Didn’t even read my disclosure and telling me to go do 9 months in jail for 2 males chasing me Now I have to fight my case alone because I picked this stupid lawyer on legal aid and He won’t give me back my disclosure! THIS MAN IS POLICE ! To lazy to even show up to my court date ‘ the judge had to get people to call his lazy ass ! All I smelt was Legit Pooh while I was walking behind him this man is nasty And Evil !!! DO NOT WASIT UR LEGAL AID ON THIS MAN ‘ he’s only good for little crimes ‘ if YOU HAVE BIG CASE LIKE ME DOOOOO NOT CHOSE HIM !Also tried to make me pay him 1500$ while on legal aid certificate! You should be fired !!
