From initial valuation to completion, Roger Parry have been spot on, giving good professional advice and guidance throughout. GoogleWould highly recommend Roger Parry Estate Agents to anyone looking for a efficient and extremely professional service with regards buying or selling there home in Shrewsbury or the surrounding areas. From the moment we had our property valued to the moment we received our keys to our new property (Buying and Selling via the same agent) we felt as though it was more than just a agent to list our property as required but a team that was passionate about the field they work in and where always looking to strive for the best outcomes for there clients. In particular myself and my wife would like to highlight Mr Josh Grey, whom was our particular agent assigned to the selling and purchasing of our respective properties, Being young homeowners with relatively low experience of selling and buying properties, josh was always on hand to use his experience and knowledge throughout the entirety of the process to aid us in making it a smooth and straight forward process, we would receive updates regularly with interest and viewings, with the whole experience in which was originally daunting turning in to one of daily excitement thanks to josh and his team. Josh has stayed in touch likewise after completing the process, to see how things are going and things that may be of interest in the new area we have moved into, which again highlights the team at Roger Parry really appreciate there clients and are more than just a estate agent. I would again like to thank all the team at Roger Parry and in particular Josh Grey for all they have done for myself and my family in making our house sale and respective house purchase, an extremely fast and efficient one. I would highly recommend using this estate agent to anybody in the Shrewsbury area and personally would not consider using another agent should we require using an estate agent in the future.

GoogleExtremely disappointed in this estate agents. When looking for a property to rent I found a place I really liked but was told they don’t accept pets. I told the agent who was dealing with the property that I had a registered service dog. She continued to refer to the animal as a pet and I corrected her several times. The following day she informed me that our application was unsuccessful as the landlord does not accept pets. Once again I told her that he is not a pet, he is a service dog. I was discriminated against because of my disability which is illegal and lost out on a property because of it.
