It was a tricky transaction but thanks to Josh, who chased solicitors and vendors and helped me out with lots of contacts and advice, it got there in the end. Highly recommended.

GoogleThis was the first time we had used Roger Parry & Partners to sell our property and the reason we chose them initially was because of their amazing Sales Manager (Josh Gray). He had a wealth of knowledge of the local property market and how best to position our property within the market to get the best results. He was a true professional but still down to earth and easy to get along with. Once our property hit the press we sold it exceptionally quickly and at full asking price. Josh remained vigilant and guided the sale right through to completion. I would not hesitate in recommending Josh and Joe and the team to my friends and family and we are super pleased with the results. Thank you to everyone at Roger Parry & Partners.

GoogleMe and my partner would happily give a 5* review for the services we received from Roger Parry & Partners. They assisted us with our first house purchase from the initial viewing all the way to completion. Whenever issues arose with the purchase we were able to speak to our contact Josh who kept us in the loop the whole way through to ensure the purchase kept moving forward. They acted as the essential link between us and the seller which definitely helped to fix issues quickly with less hassle. They were always extremely friendly and helpful, nothing being too much for them to help with. We'd definitely use them again.

Completely agree with the other reviewer on here. Sadly I have had a very similar experience of unreasonable deductions being proposed from my deposit totalling £320 when I left the property in a better state than when I moved in. Avoid at all costs. Also being ignored and no one has tried to help whatsoever to resolve the situation. Disgraceful when I have been nothing but a reliable and honest tenant.

GoogleJosh Grey what a first class service you provided. If you like to be lied to and Messed about then this guy and this company is the go to place . All the good reviews must be fixed or payed someone to wright them .Were do u start with such a company lets keep it short and simple. So unprofessional its unreal that these are in business. So they sell us a house SSTC before xmas no paper work just verbal its sold to us and told theres no chain. So come January ring them up to be told the seller hasnt found a property to buy . With no chain involved i said it dosnt really matter . Josh thats dealing with sale “who told you there was no chain” Recap you did and the seller said no chain involved. So now the end of February and i have avoice mail saying if i dont contact by end of day they will take house off market . This is great when you working away and dont get msg till gone 6pm . So go on line and house as been taken down off line . All i can say politely is what a bunch of muppets . if you want to waste your time with these buying or selling a property then these guys are 100% right for u .Would i recommend these estate agents no, would i sell my property through these no, would i buy through these no, would i contact them for free advice no . So if your dealing with these cow boy or a Josh Grey best of luck to you .

GoogleFrom my experience a very efficient, friendly and approachable organisation. I was kept informed throughout the sale process, which I was handling on behalf of elderly relatives in a strange town using powers of attorney. The office staff were always pleasant and helpful and Peter Lowarch was always ready to keep me up-to-date and dealt fully with my queries. Recommended.
