GoogleThe staff are helpful and friendly but particularly our sales progressor, Tammy, who helped us with a difficult, prolonged process. GoogleAfter getting my house valued and marketing it I was told the rate was a flat fee of £4,750 didn’t mention about vat on top of this , my first buyer also pulled out which was very frustrating , the only good thing was getting a buyer quick enough to keep on with our purchase.
