GoogleBoth agents showing us around were very friendly and helpful (Emma and Dan) but call backs from the office have been very slow and sporadic from this agent when trying to make an offer and arrange viewings.
Thank you for your feedback, Kathy! 😊 We’re really pleased to hear that both Emma and Dan were friendly and helpful during your viewings, we’ll make sure your kind words are passed on to them. 🏡✨ We’re sorry to hear that your experience with follow-up communication from the office has not met expectations when trying to arrange viewings and make an offer. That’s not the level of responsiveness we aim to provide, and your comments are appreciated as they help us improve. We’ll be reviewing this internally to ensure better and more consistent communication going forward. If there’s anything still outstanding, please don’t hesitate to get in touch directly so we can assist you promptly. Ryan & The RMJ Team
