GoogleAlarm at a vacant property they manage was beeping for weeks. I reported it twice and was told it was “not their problem” despite the noise affecting neighbouring properties. Very dismissive attitude and poor management of a basic issue If you are not involved with the property, remove your signboard and contact details from outside the house and stop representing to people that you are selling it

GoogleVery good experience with the Walderslade branch of Robinson Michael & Jackson throughout the whole selling process. Whilst the house was for sale there were lots of viewings and feedback received on all of the viewers, as well as a weekly call to update generally on the sale. Post sale, Dallas and the team did all the chasing on a very difficult chain to make sure everything went through smoothly, which it did. Extremely happy with the service and would definitely go through RMJ again if I were selling another property.
