GoogleI would like to start by saying how fantastic RMJ customer service was. I read a few reviews before marketing with them and wasn't too sure but when I had Kieran come out to see me he was very professional and honest. They over achieved my expectations and I couldn't thank them enough ! I would come back and use them again , Thanks to the whole team at RMJ !! :)

GoogleHave been using these agents for about 3 months as I am looking to buy a new home. They think it's acceptable to lie on status of properties when you place offers to maximise their profits. The store manager thinks it's acceptable to confirm bookings although the property has already been sold and no information is given had to find out by an Internet advert. Using an offer I retracted to 'persuade' a bigger offer although the offer was never there to begin with. Overall experience was bad and a full report is being given to ombudsman. Currently working with all the other agencies in the area.

GoogleProfessional friendly service. I have just sold two houses with RMJ Strood during this process I have dealt with most of the staff in this branch and without exception they were friendly, professional, always smart and absolute experts in their field. We were kept up to date with a weekly call and report and a member of RMJ staff accompanied every potential buyer taking the stress away from us and removing any embarrassment from any potential buyer. I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.

GoogleAmazing experience working with the Chatham Branch - My property was marketed less then 4 weeks before they secured me a buyer - Progression was well followed by the Branch's Sales progressor and the overall professionalism by the team is outstanding.

GoogleI had my property on the market with another high street agent and it didn't sell. After instructing RMJ I was amazed at how different they were. They were very proactive in FINDING me a buyer rather than waiting for the phone to ring like most agents. Top notch service and one successful sale.

GoogleWe had 4 local estate agents through our door when we wanted a valuation for our home. The RMJ Sales Lady was knowledgeable, enthusiastic and bubbly; just the sort of person i'd want to speak to if I called an estate agent and asked them to explain my home! We had an open day and sold that week. All staff through the sale process have been efficient, professional and courteous. This will be my 11th move, so I know what I''m talking about!

GoogleBullies...liars....unprofessional. The manager 'Dallas' is the worst agent imaginable. He is manipulative and deceitful as well as his minions. Avoid them at all costs for selling or buying.

GoogleRUBBISH! No rent paid to me for months on end - gas safety checks not carried out leaving me liable for prosecution - spoke to my tenant who was very unhappy as well would not recommend

GoogleDissapointed. I cannot see how you justify the charge seeing as we had to go out and find the properties we wanted to look at. We didn't receive any literature by post we always had to ask at the office. Very rarely were any of our telephone calls returned. We received bad advice on our initial mortgage meeting. We had to do all the running when being handled by the so called 'Progression Team'. The only member of the team that I felt comfortable dealing with was Keith who I feel was sorely let down by his team.
