GoogleHaving used 3 other estate agents in the past, I am so glad this time I decided to go with Andy and his team. They got my house sold for the asking price in 3 weeks and 4 months later the sale completed. The sales staff were always available to answer any query in the time it was on the market and subsequently Jo and Nicola, the sales progressers were always on hand to keep things moving along. Well worth the money and I would recommend this agent to anyone.

GoogleWe have recently used Robinson Michael & Jackson Gravesend branch to sell our property. They are very thorough and professional in all aspects of their service from property valuation to sales progression and completion. We would highly recommend this company. A special mention must go to Sales Progressor Jo Rossiter, without whom our sale would not have completed with such ease and speed. Jo makes an enormous effort to progress the sales as smoothly and promptly as possible providing regular updates so we always know exactly where we are with the progress. A big thank you to Jo and all the team.

GoogleI brought and also sold my house through Micheal Jackson & Robinson. The whole team were so professional and helpful and the whole process was fairly stress free. Even weeks after they were prompt in contacting the previous owner to find out some questions regarding my new home. The have made the experience a joyful one and if I ever move again I will only use their services.

GoogleGreat customer service all-around. Both bought and let through the Gravesend branch. Very helpful and always able to answer questions and provide support quickly. I was anxious about letting my property for the first time but Chloe, from lettings, really put me at ease and provided invaluable information. I would thoroughly recommend using Robinson Michael and Jackson for either letting, purchasing or like me both!

GoogleBought our first home with these guys and they were amazing! Great communication with our case, quick process as well which was great as we were super excited to get into the house asap. Friendly colleagues to talk to and in person. So easy doing everything via phone and email as my partner and I have a busy work life. Would highly recommend Lily, Tom, Jo and Nicola.

GoogleQuality service from start to go finish. Tom valued our house and wasn't pushy trying to get us to market, waited til we were ready. Did just stick it on the net and wait, our buyer hadn't even seen 1 picture of our house before making an offer. Did our mortgage through Ben and again much the same as Tom wasn't pushy and always happy to talk. The after sale was also excellent with a tricky chain, Jo and her team were excellent in chasing solicitors and other agents. Can't praise them enough.

GoogleHighly recommended. All staff were very helpful. Lily paid attention to details on the type of property I was looking for and found me the one I wanted straight away. Jo and Nicola worked hard to help following the sale progress. Ben the mortgage advisor was extremely patient and helped us looking at different products and recommended the most suitable mortgage. I would strongly recommend them who are always polite, friendly, professional and helpful.

GoogleWe debated using an online company but were impressed by our initial meeting with Reece and are glad that we decided to put our house in the hands of RM&J. Throughout the sale process we were given useful and honest information and advice on which to make decisions. Once sold we worked with the after sales team-Nicky and Jo and were equally impressed with their support and the level of communication that we received. Selling a house is not straightforward but we felt supported at every stage and would wholeheartedly recommend the team at Robinson, Michael and Jackson.

GoogleI would highly recommend using Robinson Michael & Jackson in Gravesend. We have just exchanged today and we have sold and purchased a house with them. Our house was sold a matter of days after we decided to list with them. In our first week we had around 7 appointments booked and this was before we were listed online. Andy worked with us to help us purchase the house we wanted. There were no games, he was very up front and honest which meant we could secure the house quickly. Throughout this process we have also liaised with Jo and Nicola who have kept us up to date with both our buyer and seller progress. They too were very open and honest and gave great advice about where we were in the process. Even put up with the occasional stroppy email when we felt things were stalling. Overall a very high standard of customer service. Hopefully won't be buying or selling again anytime soon but I would not hesitate to go back to them when the time comes and would recommend to others.

GoogleHighly recommend Chloe from the lettings team, she is very professional and efficient! After advertising my rental property with another local agent for 2 weeks I decided to contact Robinson Michael and Jackson with the hope that they would offer a better service. I spoke to a lovely lady Chloe from the lettings team and she immediately showed confidence and enthusiasm in being able to quickly find a suitable tenant. Chloe was extremely helpful in every aspect of the tenant find and dealt with everything in a highly professional manner and had offers within a couple of weeks. I would definitely approach Chloe for my future tenant finds.

GoogleExcellent professional service. We had lost a buyer and Robinson Michael were very proactive in finding us a new buyer. We could tell they worked very well as a team. The post sales team was also good Jo- was great in chasing up for us and keeping us posted with updates. Everyone in the team from Andy, to Lily were friendly and helpful.

GoogleWe would recommend Robinson Michael & Jackson, Gravesend to everyone. We found ourselves needing to sell within a tight deadline and had a bad experience with an online estate agent. RM&J gave us our confidence back in the whole process, they were honest and professional and the entire team worked to get a buyer within our deadline. Communication was fantastic all the way though, in particular Jo worked tirelessly to ensure we managed to get to completion in good time. Excellent service.
