GoogleI’ve recently rented a house via RMJ...from the day of viewing to the key hand over was approximately 9 days,which I thought was pretty good going.... The letting manager,Chloe couldn’t have been more helpful and professional,and still is after we’ve moved in.... I would definitely recommend this company and Chloe is a credit to them.

GoogleHonestly the best service I could have asked for. Even when things was not going to plan they kept at it and got everything over the line. Always available and always happy to help!. On a side note they have a solicitor they can put you on to and they was so amazing and made things so much easier! If i could put more than 5 stars I would. Thank you!

GoogleI have tried to sell my property through this company for over 19 weeks but still not sold which I can’t blame them for it, it’s the market. so I decided to take it off the market but then when I called up I spoken to the branch Partner Andy as soon as I broke the news to him he nearly attacked me through the phone was really rude was telling me he is very upset because I’m taking the business away from him I got so scared that I had to start recording the phone calls because I could not believe how you was speaking to me I am now very disappointed I will never be dealing with this gentle and again he just need is mentality.

GoogleAsked you to come and value my property to see of there was enough equity in it for me to sell, was told that the flat next door (that you aren't marketing) is worth x, so mine must be worth y? So in a very nice way, you won't value unless I am sure that I want to sell? I'll take my business elsewhere.

GoogleGreat communication both pre and post-sale. Efficient in their roles and offices open longer than other agencies. An estate agent fulfils a larger role than I realised so if you go cheap and opt for a pure sales service, you could be doing a significant amount of work or negotiation yourself. Would recommend RMJ Gravesend.

I found that everyone in the office can help you regardless of who picks up the phone (I got though to 5 different people in the end of my purchase and everyone of them could help me move forward with my deal) There a big company for a reason, A* quality.
