It was through the purchase our property we had the pleasure of working with Robinson Michael & Jackson to secure it. They are by far the most informative, reliable and just GET THE JOB DONE agent around! I can not emphasize that enough. And when it comes to buying your dream home or even selling your most prized possession you most definitely need an agent that does just that, I guarantee you. Thanks again for your help with buying our new home.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

We recently bought through Robinson Michael & Jackson and had weekly updates as to the status of the purchase. As first time buyers the help they offered was invaluable, ranging from how we could word requests to solicitors to what was actually happening during the process. Great , friendly and responsive team

We recently sold a property through Robinson Michael & Jackson and would highly recommend their services to anyone looking to sell in the Walderslade area. The whole team worked as one to deliver for us and were always extremely professional, friendly, enthusiastic and helpful. From initial viewing, through selling and progressing, to contract exchange was conducted efficiently and there was always someone at the end of a phone to talk things through, if needed. Really excellent estate agent!!!

Excellent service from an excellent team. I would like to extend special thanks to Sarah, Gurmukh and Michelle, without the hard work and expertise from these amazing people my purchase would not have been possible.

We sold our house through RMJ Gravesend and bought our new house through RMJ Strood, I couldn't recommend them enough. Everything is in house and we took advantage of that, we arranged an good mortgage and were kept well informed at every step.

Could not be better, the only truly professional organisation in my whole purchase, despite being a relatively low value transaction. Put all solicitors and banks to shame ! Viewing agents a bunch of wide boys but great blokes and girls all the same . Gurmuck Gheeta (hope I've got that right Gurmuck ?) brilliant mortgage advisor, got me the perfect deal for my needs but most of all Michelle Wilkens who worked tirelessly for both me and the seller to to progress the deal to completion, just before Christmas ! Don't know about selling but as a buyer you can't go wrong.

I have recently listed my property with RMJ. It is a difficult decision choosing an agent with our most valuable asset but Tj (branch manager) and his team have been excellent (especially Nancy) Tj was honest, transparent and realistic. He didn't make promises just to get our business. He even gave me a valuation (without the full presentation) when he knew another agent would be be doing a presentation to get our business in the evening which really impressed us. He is always available and keeps us updated. Once listed we had 2 offers and several viewings in the first week. Although it's early days we definitely feel we made the right choice. Tj and his team are professional, enthusiastic and we would definately recommend them if you are looking for a reliable and professional agent.

Michelle and Tammy and the team were great to work with. As a first time buyer, buying during the COVID-19 pandemic, I was worried about completion. Robinson Michael & Jackson have been brilliant in handling hiccups very promptly. The welcome box was a nice touch. Would definitely recommend.

I’m very pleased with the service received when selling my property. Michelle Wilkins and TJ Yardley are part of an amazing team. Their sensible approach on what is was needed, professionalism and excellent communication helped the process all the way through. I’ve recommended their services to friends and again another excellent performance as they have just accepted an offer for their property in less than the expected time. I’m so please for them too! Thank you and best wishes Michelle and TJ!
