GoogleIt has taken longer to complete the sales than expected. However, we were explained the situation of any changes at all time, and were kept informed of any progression. Great thanks to Julie (The sales Progressor) who acted as the liaison person between us and the buyer/buyer's solicitor effectively and efficiently.

GoogleFantastic service once again from Robinson Michael Jackson in Strood. We originally bought our first house from here 4 years ago and had a great service which was why we wanted to sell through them. With the help of our mortgage advisor we were able to get the mortgage we wanted/needed for our new ‘family’ home. They understood that we were not always contactable due to work but would always leave us emails with information or details to keep us up to date and informed and booked in/carried out viewings with access to our keys. We would like to thank all involved with the sale of our house for making its such a smooth sale and move! Thank you very much! Toni and Josh Mulholland.

GoogleFirst time buyer. Would absolutely recommend the Walderslade Estate Agency. Dallas and Kendall were especially helpful with allowing us to view the property a number of times. GoogleThe team at RMJ consistently kept me up to date on my sale and are the first agent I have used where I felt that they were working hard to get the best price for my house. Dallas was proactive throughout the whole process and negotiated effectively on my behalf. Well done and thanks to all in the Walderslade office. I would have no hesitation in using RMJ again.

GoogleIn a time when every business is crying out for help, the last thing you would expect to feel is unwelcome, uncomfortable and encounter compromised professionalism when looking to support a local business. This was the case with Robinson Michael & Jackson Gravesend Estate Agents on Saturday afternoon on 06/06/2020. Having being dismissed in such a way, I actually thought that this is the case as per the corona situation. How wrong was I, my partner went to another estate agent and had the best world class treatment one wishes and hopes to get all the time, especially when you are going to spend your hard earned money. Two contrasting cases one which left a bad taste and the other, a template of what customer service is.
