In the strange time of COVID it was certainly different this time around. All the staff we dealt with at walderslade branch we great. But above them all was Maxine . She called regularly to either update us or see if we had and news for her. Our other agents would just email and we wouldn’t get message till we looked at emails which could be hours after. Maxine even phone us on the day we exchanged and help with the moving date . Again she phoned just to congratulate us on getting a date sorted. Wished us well . Thank you Maxine for making the experience so good Maria and Keith starkey

We recently sold our home with RMJ and would highly recommend. Joe, Dallas and Kendell were helpful and gave honest advice meaning our home sold within the first week of being on the market. Thank you!

We used RMJ and they did a great job. We had Dallas and Kendall and the team helped in gneer aswell. We had a turbulent time (probably alot due to COVID) however they were amazing. Dallas in particular was like a Pitbull and would chase the chain non stop for us and kept us on the loop. He was honest and he knew his field like the back of his hand. We trusted him alot! We were finally able to move into our perfect home and I cannot thank the team enough. We will definitely be using them again

After selling and buying a few properties through Robinson Michael and Jackson this was the first time we had dealings with the Walderslade office. At the time we had lost money on another property with another Estate Agency, as the property had too many major problems to take such a project on at this time in our life. The moment we walked into RMJ Walderslade there was a warm welcome and both Mica and Kendall were really helpful taking down our details and were genuinely interested in what type of property we wanted and the surroundings we would like. Immediately, the office was in communication with us with properties they had in areas that would possibly suit. Kendall in particular would meet us at a property and would explain details and information about the property and if we asked a question she didn’t know, she would go back to the office and phone us later with answers to any queries or concerns we might have . Kendal was extremely polite, courteous and nothing was too much trouble. Kendall put our mind at ease and was always at the end of the phone if needed. From start to completion the Walderslade office Robinson Michael and Jackson were fantastic. Thank you for finding us a lovely home we love and feel settled in. We would recommend Walderslade RMJ if you want top class service and a speedy transaction which results in you finding the home of your dreams! Thank you all once again ...David and Lynda Hawkins.

We met with Mica who completed our valuation and was very professional and helpful, provided lots of information to us. We proceeded and used Robinson Michael and Jackson to sell our house and it sold within 6 days. We were very pleased. We had trouble during our chain (not at any fault of Robinson, Michael and Jackson), it was to do with our on-ward purchase and Maxine and Dallas couldn't be more helpful to support with chasing and getting things sorted. Maxine went above and beyond to support and kept in constant contact via emails and telephone. Thank-you so much for all your help - I couldn't recommend them enough. Would definitely sell with them again!
