GoogleThe agent not only found me a home not on the market yet after listening to my needs but also contributed heavily to the negotiation process, making it an easy process, very professional and helpful on any questions asked and delivered their word, highly recommend!

GoogleFor anyone reading these reviews let me start by saying there is no agent, not one, who is more likely to get you a buyer than RMJ. Their web of potential buyers extends far greater than other agents. We were found a buyer the same day our house went live online. The service and professionalism is second to none. A special mention for Harrison who couldn't have been better both before and during the process, patience, politeness, no pressure, and superb knowledge of the market and reporting. As a seller you want the phone to be answered and enquiries not missed or being passed around an automated phone system - you'll be safe here. RMJ are there waiting to take the calls instantly, they stay open longer than anyone else and they have enough staff to follow up with buyers and sellers as and when required. I have direct other experience with agents that do not operate this way. Thank you to everyone at Strood RMJ, TJ, Sarah and Harrison. All our future property endevours or that of close friends or family will be sure to go through RMJ.

GoogleWe completed a purchase through RM&J recently. The team were absolutely professional from arranging viewing for us, assisting and alerting us with new properties on the market. But they went over and above on the day we were meant to complete and pick the keys. Close to an hour and half after office hours on a Friday, Harry agreed to meet at the premises of the new purchase and hand me a welcome pack and key to the property - he refused to take my dinner offer. Harry, I will find a way to make it up to you. Will recommend the Strood Office of RM & J any day...

GoogleI sold and purchased through R & J and they did a fantastic job. The sales progressor, Michelle, was always very attentive, following up with the progression of my sale/purchase and made a stressful time less stressful for me. Would definitely recommend and use again!

GoogleMichelle especially at RMJ has been fantastic when dealing with my mum and I. We chose to sell her property with RMJ and buy another through them jointly. She was professional, supportive and made every step easy and understandable without hassle. Wouldnt use anyone else every again!!! A huge thanks to Michelle and all the team at RMJ Strood

GoogleDisappointed that they didn't get back to me with regards to an initial valuation and a follow up on my enquiry, so went with another Estate Agent (Your Move). They were "on-the--case" immediately but with Zero hassle or pressure. Their loss (Robinson, Michael and Jackson) is Your Move's gain (NO chain on property... think that's an attractive selling point). Sure they can do much better but in this instance/experience...no.
