GoogleI received a very friendly and professional service from the staff at Robinson Michael Jackson. They explained the process well and gave me regular progress updates. Their expierence and knowledge of the area is excellent and I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting an agent with great marketing and negotiation techniques. They put a lot of time and effort into selling our property, so thank you to all at RMJ.PositiveProfessionalism

GoogleI dealt with Reece (Sales) and Chloe (Lettings) along with some of the team at the Gravesend office. I was in a rather peculiar situation and couldn’t quite make up my mind about some things. Reece and Chloe were both very sensitive, thoughtful, kind and selfless in their assessment and helped me (probably without realising it), come to a decision that I feel is the best for me and my family at this point. When I went on to let my property with Chloe, I felt listened to and Chloe really exceeded my expectations on all fronts - communication, speed of transaction, flexibility, etc. Eight (8) viewings, all 8 made very decent offers and let agreed - all within 48 hours of property listing. It’s my first time with RMJ, it definitely won’t be my last and I must say that I am really impressed! Keep up the great work! MagaretPositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleThe whole team were very efficient and we always felt that they were moving things along for us as quickly as possible. They also really assisted us in chasing our vendor's solicitor too when we experienced worrying delays. We constantly felt reassured and in a safe pair of hands. They always listened to any concerns we had and acted on them as soon as possible. We would highly recommend RMJ!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleAbsolutely fantastic service clearly backed up by a wealth of knowledge and experience. It has been such a pleasure talking to Ellie Wilson and I am happy to rely on her advice and action. This company has always given me the impression of being totally on top of everything, and the others I have dealt with during letting with them include Kelly, Sarah-Jane and Shannon all who have also been amazing to work with. Many thanks for providing this high-level of service!PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism

GoogleWe chose Robinson Michael & Jackson over other estate agents because they seemed give us confidence from the outset and asked us what we would expect from them during the sale. Throughout the sale we found them to be professional, helpful, informative, and courteous. We genuinely felt we developed a good working relationship with all the staff we dealt with. We would definitely recommend RMJ to anyone thinking about placing their home on the market.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleWe had Jo as our main contact in regards to purchasing our first home and she was very helpful and got back to us with all our queries as quick as she could. We definitely sent her a lot of emails and she was very patient with us and answered all of our random questions (even the ones that we probably could have found out ourselves!). Would highly recommend Robinson Michael & Jackson for their high quality service and we are grateful for Jo and the teams assistance in us securing our property!PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism

GoogleRobinson & Jackson was recommended to me by my neighbour who had successfully sold her property with them. I was very impressed from the start, they came across very professional and managed to sell my property in one week. I also purchased my current property through them. During the whole process, the team worked hard to get everything done and they are always quick to answer the phone and update me with the progress of the sale unlike other Estate Agents I have experienced. I would definitely use them again.PositiveProfessionalism

Googlethis is the second time we have used Robinson Michael & Jacksons to buy and sell properties in the Medway area, and can not fault their dedication and helpfulness during a stressful time even when we are losing our heads and harassing them and chasing for news and updates. Many thanks to the whole team at the Walderslade office for all their assistance

GoogleVery pleased with the service they provided. Our solicitors, and the solicitors of the seller were slow at times and difficult to get hold of; the team at RM&J, Dallas, Kendall and in particular Maxine were fantastic at moving things a long, offering a helping hand when we were stuck with the next steps of our purchase (first-time buyers) and provided a more personal, comfortable and friendly experience. We will definitely be using RM&J in Walderslade Village for our next purchase in the future, and will recommend them to anyone looking for an estate agents.
