GoogleLee Franklin and his team at RM&J in Rainham were professional and proactive both in marketing our house and then following up and chasing throughout the conveyancing process. Our sales negotiator, Charlie Ditch, offered sound advice both in pricing our house and on our offer for the new one, and Lee & colleague Charley Germaney maintained contact with all others involved in the deal and helped drive the process forward. Although everyone always thinks about estate agents selling the property, it became clear how important it is to work with one who does the background work thoroughly; both qualifying potential buyers properly before introducing them (especially in current COVID times when you only want people who are serious and realistic buyers in your home) and following up throughout the legal process once offers have been accepted. RM&J did all of this well, and kept us up-to-date with progress. From first putting our house on the market to moving took a little under 4 months, which - although we had a few moments on the way! - is pretty good for a property chain in England. We're pleased to be in our new house and would like to thank RM&J Rainham for their help in achieving that.

GoogleI recently bought my house through the Rainham branch of RMJ. The service we received was utterly superb! RMJ and in particular Charlie at the Branch were really on the ball, proactive, and no question was too small. Communication throughout was exceptional.They were always polite and helpful, and while we had a difficult sale and purchase for other reasons, Charlie was always available and helped us chase solictiors and get things done. She stood by us all the way. 5 Star all the way!!!

GoogleVery friendly and accomidating team. Helped us sell 2 houses to then go on to buy our dream home. We were up to the wire on the Stamp Duty holiday deadline, but due to RMJs efforts in conjunction with there recommended legal team at Simply, the sales and purchase completed on time. Initial Sales particulars on our properties were very professional, good photography and descriptions for our properties. Seem to have lots of keen buyers on their books. If you are selling or buying I can highly reccomend RMJ. Good luck and happy buying or selling, thanks to all the team at RMJ.

GoogleKelly and her team have been amazing and managed to find a tenant 12 hrs after I had Kelly around to go through my options. I am a first time landlord and a bit nervous but everything was explained so well and any questions I had were answered straight away! If you want a fast and quick service I would definitely recommend the girls at the Rainham branch!!!

GoogleWe applied to rent a property that was advertised by RM&J and all was going smoothly. However, when issues arose, Nikki Eke and Kelly Creed went above and beyond to find us another suitable property and rushed us through so that we could move in as soon as possible. We cannot thank them enough for all the hard work they have put into getting us where we want to be. Would highly recommend, and we can guarantee a great service if they were ever needed again in the future. Thank you! :) In particular, the online Portal is an exceptional tool to organise referencing and upload important documents.

GoogleWe recently chose RMJ to sell our house and were definitely not disappointed that we did. Right from the start Charlie D was outstanding, from the initial valuation meeting through to marketing and selling our property (super quickly!), he went above and beyond. Very helpful, knowledgable and honest about the whole process which was totally refreshing. He maintained a good, professional yet friendly rapport with us throughout and keep us fully informed. There were various issues within the chain along the way but Charley G again kept us well updated and regularly chased everyone involved - buyers, sellers, solicitors, other agents - she was brilliant! Now we are successfully at the end of the process and couldn’t be happier. Everything was well managed and dealt with swiftly and this is in no small part down to RMJ. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to everyone and we wouldn’t use anyone else in the future.

GoogleI have mixed reviews about RMJ in Rainham.. at the start of my 11 month long purchasing process they were fantastic, really responsive and were keen to get me ready to move in. Towards the end of the process I found myself chasing and chasing for answers which they simply weren’t telling me. In the end my solicitors were giving me more accurate information and updates. The long process was not their fault due to the first chain breaking down and the second having land title changes done half way through the process instead of at the start. I’m a first time buyer and can honestly say I have never been through such a stressful process.
Thanks for the review Danny. It was an extremely hard set of circumstances with the move, none of which you could control yourself. The first chain fell through due to the seller at the top changing their minds, Covid-19 lockdowns (x3) and then the new chain being part of a housing development where the title of the subject property had to be transferred to a company name before we could proceed to exchange of contracts. Any one of these circumstances is extreme, to have all of them in one transaction is unheard of. Thank you for your patience with this. You were told everything that we knew, even though the information did not relate to your actual purchase. The information came from me, your solicitor was unable to tell you the information as it was a conflict of interest due to the fact that hey were also acting for another party in the chain. I was very happy to get you to the exchange and delighted to have finally completed your purchase. I hope you and your new family are very happy. Lee

GoogleRMJ Rainham team is brilliant. Very responsive and professional. Nikkei and Stacy both amazing professionals in the team. They have large number of potential tenants whom they run very effective viewings. They use different platforms to update the landlord so we can pinpoint the progress. They found tenant for my property within 2 weeks. Their fully manage service is plus for landlord.

GoogleLee and his team did a fantastic job getting our sale completed before the Stamp Duty Holiday, which saved us over £13k. Really pleased with the whole process of getting a great price for our house and helping to secure our new property. There were times when we thought our move would never happen but Lee and Charley worked hard to ensure the deadlines were achieved.

However, everyone did our part and even the chap at Medway Council planning department helped us out on the enquiry which was make or break.
