Tried to take money from my deposit for things that had literally nothing to do with me, for example, when I moved in, there was a whole load of junk filling up the entire shed so I had no use for the whole tenancy. They then tried to take my money because "I" left the rubbish in there.
Then after 5 working days, I hadnt received my deposit back. I was kept being told that it had been requested. Someone finally decided to check it and they had put my bank details in wrong so had to wait another 5 working days to get it.
That's just the end of tenancy... I won't go into what I had to go through when I lived there
