Robinson Michael and Jackson Strood absolutely exceeded my expectations when I decided to put my house on the market. A respected and professional service has been offered to us since we made initial contact with Harrison at RMJ, Strood. Harrison has provided us with regular updates, honest advice and recommendations throughout the process. Furthermore, Michelle at the RMJ office, aided our process by regularly following up with our solicitors and providing us with up to date information. An all round honourable estate agents, I highly advocate. Hannah.

I wouldn't recommend anyone else but the strood RM&J office for purchasing our first home From the get go they have been unbelievably efficient in getting us the property of our dreams and keeping us updated throughout the whole process. Michelle and Tammy both were absolutely brilliant progressing the file for us as well as the helps from all the sales team. Efficient communication throughout and always flexible when we wanted to go back to the house for another viewing! From our first initial offer to completion it only took 8 weeks and the house is officially ours, you wouldn't get that anywhere else! Just want to thank Callum, Nancy, Reece, Jade, Tammy and Michelle once again. We couldn't be happier with our new home! Highly recommended!

Not happy at all with the Service they had a property up for sale literally three days didn’t give us a chance to view it Mark said he will call me on Monday didn’t receive no call went down on Tuesday to chase them up about the property , they said the property was sold , it doesn’t make no sense , they should give other people chance to view the property , not just sold it in three days never mind something come up better Next time , Robson should give people a chance 😡 If the property was full to you , you could still squeeze people to view the house , i don’t think it’s fair that you didn’t want to chat to us for long , if you want to remove us off the mailing list it’s up to you

Jay · 6 June 2022 · Robinson Michael & Jackson Chatham & Rochester

Agent replied · 6 June 2023

Hi Jay - the property you wanted to see was in such high demand as we mentioned to you we were fully booked for our viewing allocation. I offered you the chance to see it If there was any cancellations but there was none I’m afraid. The seller wanted to make a decision after the weekend and let us know of their acceptance of an offer on the Tuesday which is when I spoke to your partner and advised the property has gone under offer. I hope we get a chance to see you again but understand you want me to remove you from our mailing list. I appreciate that at these times it’s very hard to buy a property as competition is so fierce, but again we are happy to offer help in the future. Thank you Mark RMJ

A big thank you to the RM&J Chatham branch sales team. Particularly Dulcie, Tom, Mark and Angela for their continues efforts in working to ensure the end-to-end process of my roperty purchase was as smooth as possible. They were all very professional and courteous by ensuring I was updated and followed up with me on each part of the process. I couldn't be happier choosing them and would work with them again on my next purchase!

Me and the wife purchased a property through RMJ recently and everything has now passed and completed. The team and are very polite and active. Mica from RMJ absolutely smashed it and massively helped push the process through by being constantly on the ball and chasing people for us. Highly recommended!
