GoogleI am a first time buyer and hesitated with my previous estate agents. Buying a property is stressful and very difficult at this pandemic. But luckily I found Robinson Michael & Jackson with the help of sales consultant GEORGIA SCOTT. She is a beautiful lady with fantastic marketing skills and communication skills. Most importantly she arranged property viewing 3 times without hesitation. I want to say special thanks to GEORGIA SCOTT ..definitely she is a SUPER STAR IN MARKETING and MISS GRAVESEND (beauty with brain)👌👌👌
Jo: She is a fabulous lady with lot of patience and always responded in time. Very helpful, kind, supportive and motivated me with positive suggestions. Thanks is not enough to JO👌👍🙏
Reece and Andy don’t need any review’s because they are bored with customer compliments.. They are highly talented with fabulous customer service..SUPERIORS in mortgage process👌👌
For peace of mind at the time of buying a property please contact RMJ

GoogleThe agent service was excellent and to me worth a 5 star. The service we received from Kelly during the viewing was professional. She was patient during viewing and explained everything clearly step by step agent service is also transparent with guide in every step, answering questions we had. Also received administrative support from Stacey who was fast, efficient and reliable. The app for uploading documents was professional and it was all in one go while at home and no need to go to the office. I really appreciate the agents service and the fact that they embrace technology makes everything quick and efficient and perfect. I would recommend others.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleWe have used RMJ Gravesend since 1996 and have moved three times since then. A very professional and friendly crew. Andy dealt with our first move and Reece the last 2. Although it's not just the front end that works well, it's the whole team behind the scene. There maybe cheaper packages around but with these guys the whole process from start to finish is done as smooth as can be expected. This time around we also used CTW solicitors and again an outstanding service. The price your quoted by RMJ and CTW is the price you will pay, no surprising costs added after you sign.PositiveResponsiveness, Professionalism
