GoogleAs a first time buyer dealing with the team at RMJ was fantastic, I was constantly involved with the process from start to finish. Going to the office to collect the keys was a great feeling & big thanks to Geogia & Jo for all your help and my lovely moving in gift.....

GoogleI had such a great experience with the agency. All members of staff I had the pleasure of speaking with were so friendly, helpful and willing to go above and beyond. Communication was great, someone was always available to take my call, even if the person I wanted to speak to was unavailable another member of staff was able to help which was helpful and minimised the need to call back or wait for a call back. I was even getting responses on a Sunday which again is amazing service. All in all, a great team who go above and beyond and provide an excellent service, I defiantly recommend.

GoogleWe sold our house through RMJ and the process couldn’t have been easier. From our valuation to having the pictures taken it was so easy and the staff made it a pleasure to work with them. I felt I could ask them all the questions I had and they were all answered to put my mind at rest, even though they had probably heard them all before. Our house sold on the first weekend of going up, with many offers for us to choose from. RMJ also managed to find the house we bought for us, through the many houses on their books, we were able to have a large choice of properties. The whole buying and selling with RMJ was so seamless and easy and I was constantly kept up to date with the whole process. Ben also did our mortgage, we had used him a couple of times before so we knew we were in safe hands and with it all under one roof it saved me having to update each other as this was all done in house. I would certainly recommend RMJ, we sold our house in Nov 21, found our dream home in Jan 22 and exchanged and completed in March 22. They really do work as a team in branch and I couldn’t be happier with the service we received.

GoogleI have recently rented a property through Robinson Michael & Jackson in Gravesend. I cannot speak highly enough of the lettings team. From Hollie being fantastic on my viewing, and Ellie, Stacey and Chloe helping to get my references and move in done as quickly as possible. They have been absolutely fantastic and I would recommend them to everyone :)

GoogleThere were some problems with some misinformation from some colleagues in the office but if you get the chance to get someone to help you with your purchase, get Jo Rossiter as your sales progressor. She’s been fantastic as soon as she got involved and the miscommunications stopped immediately! She’s actually provided me with regular updates on what’s happening with our purchase from her clients and it’s really help what’s been a very stressful process become smoother! She’s an absolute star! Also Andy Plaistowe has checked in with us through which was really nice as a duty of care process just to make sure we’re kept in the loop as much as possible when buying your first property can’t be overlooked!

GoogleI can safely say that Andy is genuinely one of the nicest, straightforward, upfront estate agent. He didn't try to play us off against the seller just straightforward nice and easy what would you like and went and got it for us. After somewhat terrible experiences previously with estate agents I can safely say that if you get Andy is your estate agent you are going to be more than happy.

GoogleAfter investing in my first property and speaking with RMJ, I was overwhelmed with their professionalism. Chloe was incredibly helpful, friendly and easy to talk with. Chloe detailed everything they offer, plus extras RMJ provide, nothing was hidden. Anytime I called in or text, it was answered promptly and efficiently and never any hesitation. I was kept regularly updated by everyone in the office, by a phone call or text. Not to mention the other members of the team, Hollie, Ellie & Stacey. Everyone in the office were friendly and kept me informed about the process of my new tenant moving in. I can comfortably say, my investment is in the best hands, by this brilliant team and I would 100% recommend to anyone to use RMJ if they’re looking to let out their property. GoogleAs a semi-professional landlord, it's essential for me to source good tenants who are reliable, trustworthy and willing to look after the property. The team at RM&J went above and beyond - not only with their exceptional marketing leaving me with a pick of rental offers - but also helping me source quality contractors at affordable prices to refurbish the property in advance of renting it. And all within a very compressed period of time so the rental void was minimal. GoogleWe sold and bought through RMJ which made the whole process easier. Our main contact at the Gravesend branch was Lily who was amazing and kept us updated at every step but we also dealt with other branch staff. They were all fully up to date with our situation and more than willing to help us out at any time. Although we don’t ever want to move again as Lily found us our perfect home, if we did we would be in contact with RMJ immediately!

GoogleAs a first time seller, from the moment Lily of RJM valued my property and ran through the process, I knew immediately knew out of the local agents that they were the best option for me. Within only a few days of my property being on the market, I had already accepted an offer. Tammy of RJM then handled the sale file from then on and again was absolutely amazing. Tammy was always keeping me up to date regardless of the situation right up until the last moments, which was earlier today when my property completed. My first meeting was with Reece, who displayed excellent communication skills and explained the whole process in a professional caring manner. Not in any way pushy. The house was put on the market and after several viewings an offer was accepted. All within a period of about 10 days. I am a solo first time buyer so this process could be quite daunting but working with the RMJ has helped eased a lot of my worries. From inception and doing viewings I enjoyed working with Georgia and seeing some great properties. Finally found the one and the progression was guided by Nicola, Tammy and Jo in the Sales team.
