GoogleFrom start to finish my husband and I couldn’t fault Lily, Andy & Jo.The three of them worked so hard to push our sale & purchase through so we avoided the stamp duty rise. Would definitely recommend.

GoogleAs we all know, the sale or purchase of a property can be quite stressful but the sale progressors Jo and Nicola were completely professional, easy to contact and worked hard at trying to make the purchase as smooth as possible.

GoogleAfter using a few different agents to rent my property over the years, I’ve had a mixture of really poor to good service. This is the second time I've used Robinson Michael and Jackson and would not look elsewhere. I dealt directly with Chole previously and as before the whole process was straightforward, very professional and absolute value for money. Chole had a consultation with we before the let where she was able to give me a realistic price as well as time scales for the property to be rented. A tenancy was agreed within less that 12 hours of it being listed with the rent agreed also exceeding my original expectations! Thank you Chole and team, Thank you Robinson Michael and Jackon A+++

GoogleMy wife and I moved from Gravsend to our new house in Wilmington, Andy and the team were absaloutly amazing. Helped us step by step and helped take away a lot of the stress of moving. Couldnt fault them at all! Would highly recommend!!

GoogleWould be nice if they called us back or responded to our email enquiries. Update: they’ve asked us to email and ensure our enquiry is dealt with. We’d already received a call to say the property we enquired about was “fully booked” for viewings. This isn’t the first time they’ve not come back to us either, we enquired previously about a property and were told we’d hear from them about a viewing and never heard anything back.

GoogleDealt with sale dept, called to book viewing on a property they were marketing. They never phoned me back to offer date/time, I called them 3 days later and was told it was my fault for not providing a mortgage in principle.......even tho it was made clear I was a CASH buyer! No apology or acknowledgement of his incompetence waste of time and space AVOID.

GoogleAs indicated above we were satisfied with the service received. We achieved our asking price and successfully sold our bungalow in spite of COVID restrictions. The sales team did a good job in encouraging several viewings which led to the successful sale followed up by the post sales team which despite one or two hiccups further down the chain in finalising completion all went well and as no fault of the team. So over all I will finish as I started by expressing my satisfaction and thanks to all.
