From start to finish the professionalism shown by everyone involved in the sale of my property was exemplary. It isn’t just professionalism that makes this estate agents so good, however. They are all so friendly and couldn’t do enough to reassure me throughout the process. I would recommend them to anyone selling a property in this area.

Excellent service from Robinson Michael and Jackson’s gravesend! Communication from the team was brilliant. From beginning to end we was always kept in the loop! After understanding our situation (having had a few properties fall through before with other agents) they were determined to get us to completion. Thank you for being so empathetic. We can’t wait to pick our keys up from you tomorrow!

RMJ have at all times throughout my sale been professional and have kept me fully informed of the progress of my sale. All members of staff have been brilliant and always available to answer my calls. Jo has kept me fully updated at all times and has always been there when we needed her input, keeping both sides informed. I have no hesitation in recommending RMJ for your sale or your purchase as they are always proactive and get the job done where other agents would falter.

A brilliant team/office full of really friendly, helpful people. They went the extra mile to make sure everything went smoothly during every buying step. They even assisted with scanning some documents for me at sending them to the solicitor as I just didn’t have the time or energy to use the portal provided by the solicitor.
