My experience with RMJ was great! Everything including viewing, referencing, and contract signing etc was wrapped up within 5 days and I moved in by the 11th day! I never had to wait on phone lines and their email responses are extremely quick. Special thanks to Ellie Eccleston and Hollie Spinks! Most of my favourite properties during my search was let by them so I’d recommend them to anyone!

Me and my husband highly recommend this agency! They have an amazing team, professional and friendly. We’ve struggled for a few months trying to let a flat, until we met them. We were so happy to deal with Hollie and Ellie. We just want to thank them for helping us find our home. This agency stands out from all others, providing excellent service.

The whole lettings process was very smooth, from arranging the viewing with Hollie over the phone to using the portal for the required documents. Ella, Stacey and Ellie were very helpful with all the question I had from the various phone call we had. Right up on till I attended the office to sigh and collect the keys to the property. I’m very happy with the service I have received from the Gravesend office they have been very polite and helpful. The property is great so thanks again.

I had a bad experience last year with another letting agent, so i was a bit worried about going through the same process all over again, but seriously, i can't thank Robinson Michael and Jackson enough, in my case i meet Izabela, Nina and Lee and i must take my hat off to them, what a fantastic team!! They got great communication skills from start to finish and the main and most important thing for me is that they got the job done. We will highly recommend these professionals and, without a doubt, we will use them again. Thank you very much Jonathan Perez and Kasia Perez

After finding the thought of buying my first property quite daunting, I can not express how much of a joyful experience Robinson Micheal and Jackson have made this for me. Learna in particular made me feel very at ease throughout the whole experience with regular updates and never hesitating to reply to any questions I had with efficiency and clarity. I could not recommend this company more and look forward to the rest of my journey with this team!

My journey started of with Lee about 3 years ago always used to ask him to value the property one min I was selling the next not This time it happened he has been very patient. Next Izabela what a lovely girl she showed the people round and her work enthusiasm is second to none . Nina was the lady who saw us to the end till we exchanged contracts. Always could speak with her if we needed anything at all. The whole team always got back to us and was very helpful would recommend them to anyone Thank you
