GoogleEllie, Hollie & Ella were wonderful to deal with! Everyone was very helpful with explaining processes & answering additional questions. So patient and genuine, which was much appreciated. They made us feel heard and supported through the entire process. Even after moving in, they were so lovely & personal when checking in to see how everything had gone. Would recommend them to anyone I know, by far the best service I’ve had with an agency to date!

GoogleAbsolutely amazing service with smiles all round! Made myself and my boyfriend feel very comfortable considering we were new to the renting lifestyle. They have been amazing at answering any issues that I’ve had and have always got back in touch with me to check in. GoogleThe team were really helpful with helping me understand how the process works. For a first time buyer you can imagine how stressful the first time can be, however. TJ was amazing with his communication and always kept me in the loop / up to date with any changes in the move. I would highly recommend reaching out to TJ and will definitely go back to him, If i were to move again! 5 star service!

GoogleWe recently sold and purchased through RMJ, and the team at the Gravesend branch throughout the whole process were excellent. They aided with the sale and kept us informed throughout the process and answered any queries we had quickly and efficiently, to keep the sale moving. Even with various setbacks the team at RMJ kept us at ease and eventually we managed to get the chai complete and moved to our satisfaction. I would thoroughly recommend using RMJ if you are looking to move in the Gravesend area. Very knowledgeable and a great team at the branch to work with. Always available and and friendly staff. Made the process as stress free as possible.
