GoogleI would like to say a massive thank you to the whole RMJ team at Rainham but especially to Learna, and obviously Nina. Learna was the first person to show us around our home several times, ensuring we had a good amount of time to soak it in and was friendly, professional and overall just really lovely every time we saw her. Nina has been organised, friendly and persistent and kept us informed every step of the way as well as chasing the solicitors where necessary to ensure we had a speedy purchase. The team are only ever a phone call away and were always happy to answer any questions we had, and came back to us in a timely manner if they needed to collect more information to answer our question. As and when the time comes, we will definitely be returning to RMJ. I cannot thank you all enough! You’ve made our process of purchasing our first home a memorable one for all the right reasons.

GoogleThis has honestly been the easiest and most hassle free letting application and process I have ever had. We’ve been able to view, apply, do reference checks and move in all within three weeks! The ladies at RMJ have been excellent, they are all super friendly, helpful and quick with communication. Ellie, Libby and Stacey have all been amazing and I am so pleased to be letting a properly through them. Thank you!! :-)

GoogleCouldn't speak more highly of everyone we dealt with while renting a property using Robinson Michael & Jackson. Both Kelly and Libby were extremely helpful in assisting us with all our inquiries and any questions we had during the process. The entire process was very quick and they did everything they could to help us move in as soon as possible. Would recommend them in a heartbeat, thanks again!

GoogleAfter experiencing various trouble with other estate agents and months of trying to let my property, RMJ we’re a breath of fresh air. Both Kelly and Ellie were very helpful - and more importantly did what they said they’d do. In the end, they were able to let my flat in under 2 weeks and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them!

Libby, Ellie, Nikki and Kelly have been so helpful, friendly and they were able to secure a tenant within a few days of being on the market. The property portal was also a really helpful tool. Would highly recommend to anyone looking to let out their property!

GoogleRenting out our property through RMJ was a totally professional experience from start to finish, from vetting prospective tenants according to our requirements, timely notice of when viewings were scheduled and prompt feedback once they'd taken place. Once a suitable tenant had been found the ladies were very efficient in carrying out the required checks, drawing up the paperwork and chasing me for any outstanding documentation to ensure the tenants moved in on time. A pleasure working with Nikki, Ellie and co, highly recommended!!

GoogleExcellent service from each member of staff, mostly dealing with Lily, Georgia, Nicola & Jo from the initial valuation, finding the buyer so quickly (after our original buyer pulled out) and always keeping us in the loop as the sale progressed, they provided a first-class service. We would recommend RMJ (Gravesend) to anyone looking to sell their home.

GoogleAs a first time buyer I had absolutely no idea what I was doing from start to finish but Lily made the whole process as easy as possible for me. Nothing was too much, she was always quick to respond to any correspondence and I didn't have to ask her to do anything because before I could even think of it she was already doing it for me. Absolutely great service, couldn't have asked for anything more!
