GoogleWhen we was looking to buy we got so much help and advice. Lily helped us so much with buying advice, along with sending us so many properties that were exactly what we were looking for and she really paid attention to our requirements and what we wanted. GoogleI recently had the pleasure of working with Andy and Lily. From start to finish, they were professional, organised, and incredibly helpful. One of the things that stood out to me the most was their excellent organisation and communication. They were always available to answer my questions and kept me up to date every step of the way. They were always on top of things, and I never had to worry about anything falling through the cracks. They really care about their clients, and it shows in everything they do. GoogleI am writing this review, specifically based on the customer service that I have experienced from Lily so far. She has a really personable and informative manner that disarms you. A great negotiator and saleswoman. After 3 years of searching through Covid and the SDLT holiday, we nearly missed viewing a decent property. At first, we had been informed by email that there were no more slots to view and we were a little disheartened given how quickly we had responded to the advert. I rang the office, spoke with Lily and explained our family search. She sounded understanding and promised to call us if any cancellations arose. She kept her word, notifying us on a Friday evening! I picked up her message on a Saturday morning and a few hours later we were on our way to view the property. Our offer has recently been accepted so now the real work begins but I trust Lily and her team to help both parties/families involved with a smooth transaction.

GoogleI met Ellie at the property I was considering letting. Found Ellie to be professional, knowledgeable and a pleasure to meet. Ellie took professional photos to promote the property with recommendations for the rental value. Ellie also handled the many viewings at the property which I also attended. Again making the whole experience smooth where I had no need to have any input. When the property was passed to the office. Hollie and Stacey kept me informed with all details and offers. A tenant was chosen after detailed information was given to me to make the choice easier. Robson and Jackson portal is excellent. This enables me to easily send all required documents and check the progress at any time Overall excellent service start to finish. GoogleThese guys are the top of their game!! We used them previously on our last house and again this time. Andy and his team go above and beyond to help. Our latest sale was in a complicated chain and all of the team worked very hard to both sell our house and to ensure that we got the house we wanted too Andy, Jo, Nicola, Lily, Tammy, Georgia, Joseph and any names I have missed, THANKYOU !!! GoogleI called RMJ and spoke to Lily when I was looking to buy my first home. She was really attentive and talked me through the whole process and next steps so it wasn’t too overwhelming, she was fantastic at putting me at ease from beginning to end - nothing was too much! She was proactive and sent over multiple properties that matched my needs and I am confident I will buy through them! When the time comes I will not hesitate to use them again and would highly recommend them to anyone, fantastic service overall!!

They were extremely professional when they came out to look at the property, advised us well on the price and made us feel like we were in safe hands. Ellie, Hollie and Stacey were very helpful and I would certainly recommend them to any other landlords.

We were not even their clients (we were the buyers), and still, Jody kept us inform in every step of the way. We were part of a fairly long and fragile chain, that eventually remained in tact and exchanged thanks to Jody's amazing work.
