GoogleI have just sold my house with Lee and his team at the RMJ rainham office. I can't express how impressed I was with the whole experience. Not only did they get me 10k over asking price within 3 weeks of marketing, but managed to wrap the whole process up in less than 3 months. Once under offer, the service doesn't end there, unlike 99% of other agents ive encountered. I was passed over into the hands of Nina, rmj rainhams sales progressor, I can't thank Nina enough for her help and support throughout the after sales, dealing with my solicitors and making sure myself and the buyer was up to date at every step. Thanks again to all at rmj rainham, you are all true professionals. Always with the clients best interest above your own. I would never go anywhere else. As a seller you may pay a little more than other firms but you will get back more than what you pay for in the long run. In my case 10k more! :-)

GoogleMy first introduction to RMJ was when Lee Franklin came to value my property. Lee was prepared, professional, personable and ultimately, the reason why I decided to instruct RMJ. He represented the agent well. I was on a tight timescale to get the property photographed, marketed and an open day organised, RMJ happily and successfully worked to meet my timescales. We sold on the first open day. Once I was under offer I came under the care of Nina who is the Sales Progressor. Nina was brilliant, in what was quite a tricky chain (challenging and aloof solicitor at the end of the chain). Side note: always use the suggested solicitors, they are suggested for a reason, good communication, works well with agent, and shows urgency when needed. Nina and the RMJ team went over and above expectations on many occasions (I’m still very grateful), managed my expectations, and was in constant communication. Nina really pushed to get my exchange/completion over the line. Would highly recommend RMJ Rainham.

GoogleWe viewed a property this afternoon and were met by Learna who was on time and gave us all the time we needed to view the property. Upon leaving and after listening to our requirements she offered to set up another immediate viewing that she thought would be of interest. Once again she was very helpful and at no point were we made to feel rushed around the property. Thank you for your help.

GoogleNIna and the team at RMJ, worked so hard on the sale of our property, the marketing is excellent and nothing was ever to much for them, they sold it the first time round in under 5 days but unfortunately the chain collapsed, but then they re marketed and sold the property to a new buyer and we was completed in under 6 weeks. Nina was outstanding being the progression advisor she seemed to always be a step ahead of the Solisitor and is excellent at her job, Highly rated they done a great job thanks all of you. We used Cook Taylor wood house solicitors for the sale and purchase but they wouldn’t be for us again

GoogleI had a great experience with RMJ Rainham. Moving to a sort after area can be very stressful considering your not the only person trying to move to that area. When I was viewing the property Libby gave me some good advice on how to get the landlord to pick me and it worked :) Libby and Stacey made the whole experience very stress free and any problems that I had were dealt with promptly.
