GoogleCould not recommend the team at the Blackfen & Eltham branch enough. From start to finish they have been great - it has not been a straightforward sale/purchase but the team made it a lot easier providing support and pushing things along as best they can! Will 100% be recommending to friends and family! Thank you in particular to Sam and Lauren in the progressing team!

GoogleAs a portfolio landlord, it's important that we find reliable, professional and keen letting agents. For the last year, we have been using RMJ Rainham for our lettings services. Initially, we met with Kelly who we were able to discuss our needs and requirements with. Kelly gave us a lot of confidence that RMJ would be the perfect fit for us. This has been fulfilled at every tenancy, along each stage and expectations have been exceeded. Kelly ensures that any problems are dealt with promptly and is on hand to answer any questions or give advice where needed. Ellie conducts all of our viewings in an exceptional manner, ensuring that the correct tenants for the property are found. She asks the right questions and ensures that a great relationship with tenants is formed whilst ensuring that our expectations and requirements are met. She goes above and beyond to provide a great service. The team at RMJ Rainham are a credit to the company. Always on hand and able to get in contact with whilst providing a professional, friendly and reliable service. GoogleEllie, Stacey and Kelly are wonderful beings, they all made my letting as easy as reading A,B,C……, From the viewing, to the deposit, to the referencing, they are always willing to help, They gave all the necessary support. I would always come and recommend your company to anyone. I have just one request, please dont sell all the houses because when it is time for me to buy, I want to buy from you guys. You guys are the best. RJ won my award of the best letting company of all time.

Tammy, the Senior Sales Consultant was particularly helpful, she helped chase up when needed and even when we needed her help after completion, she was there. I would highly recommend their services.

GoogleWell, what can I say about our experience. From start to finish I was treated with the utmost respect by every member of the team that I came into contact with. Georgia was very professional during her initial visit and continued to support us during the marketing of the property, she was a pleasure to deal with and put us at ease immediately. Once the offer was in we dealt mainly with Jo Rossiter who, again, was professional and knew the business well giving advice and guidance during the beginning of our journey. Although things did not go completely according to plan this was not something she or I could have foreseen but throughout the communication from Jo and Tammy was on point. They never made me feel like I was being a nuisance when I called and dealt kindly with me when I was feeling very stressed out. I have to say that they showed huge team spirit and when one person wasn’t there another would willingly pick up the slack and support as if they knew me personally which has made the whole experience of selling so much more bearable. Andy was very helpful towards the end and was tenacious in his getting answers for us when things were looking bleak. I cannot recommend this branch of Robinson Michael & Jackson enough to anyone either buying or selling, they are all amazing. Thank you guys, I shall miss our chats 😂😂
