GoogleVery stressful experience for us all in all. However Jody C and RMJ were crucial to getting us over the finishing line. Without her I'm not sure we would have completed. GoogleIn one word glorious. This is the second time we've rented with RMJ and they didn't disappoint. Libby did a wonderful job and was quick with communication and more than helpful with everything. We were let down (by landlords) on the first 2 houses. They were sympathetic with our frustration and remembered everything we needed. Shortly after a phone call to check in about a third property Ellie suggested something new if we wanted a look round before it officially went on the market. It ticked all the boxes and had a wonderful atmosphere. Ellie booked us in for a viewing that day! And within an hour had a call back to say it was full steam ahead and we were on the road to getting our beautiful home. In summary Libby and Ellie were friendly, positive and went above and beyond to help. Communication was quick and reassuring and honestly wouldn't go anywhere else if we have to rent (or buy!) again. Thankyou Ladies you've made me and hubby very happy!

GoogleCannot thank the team at Robinson, Michael & Jackson Gravesend branch enough. From our valuation to completion, they have been so transparent, honest and realistic throughout - keeping us up-to-date the whole way through. The whole team were incredibly efficient, had our house sold quickly and every team member in branch knew what was going on at every step to provide quick and thorough updates resulting in a virtually stress free sale. The only downside was that we were moving out of area and so we’re unable to purchase through them for our onward. Worth every penny.
