We have been delighted with the level of effort that TJ and his team at Maidstone have put into selling our flat. The sales market in Maidstone for flats is tough at the moment but the whole team have been especially proactive in their sales approach. Always responding to our enquiries promptly and going over and above our expectations. We will definitely be happy to recommend them to others in the future.

We’ve been on the hunt for a place for over a year and have been on more viewing than we can count. Our viewings last week Saturday with Emma was the best experience. She was deeply informative on all the properties, balanced and honest in her advice and all around just lovely.

Lily comes to your house and promises the world and then doesn't deliver. There are some staff here who are good at what they do but through the whole process due diligence wasn't followed, often we the paying customer had to chase up forms and contracts required as they did not. They need to keep being chased as after the sold sign goes up that is not the end of the sale and do not communicate with their other branches! If I could have paid them what they were worth rather than the amount required it would have been half what was paid, as value did not match service received

The experience with RMJ was very positive. They are not your average estate agents…their approach is more efficient, responsive and proactive, any problems are quickly resolved. The conveyancing process was quite smooth, although it took longer than expected. (That’s the legal process for you though!) Thank you to the team at Gravesend for your input with my recent home purchase. Recommended.

RMJ were extremely professional from start to finish, communication was very good and most importantly they have been transparent and managed our expectations well. Chloe, Ellie and Stacey from the Gravesend office were helpful and thorough in everything they did. Our house was on the market for two days, we had three viewing and had two offers at asking price. We are pleased with the service they provided and would strongly recommend this company. 5 Star Service
