GoogleMy husband and I have been with RMJ for the past 5 years letting our property out in Swanscombe, and we’ve been very happy with the experience. Sadly, my husband passed away recently, and I have to commend the RMJ team - they have been very supportive and very helpful. Michaela, in particular, has been the perfect Property manager. Whenever we have spoken, or emailed, she is always friendly, honest, and patient with me. Always available, helping me to understand the terms and solving any problems to the property promptly. It is time to renew my contract, and I have chosen to continue to use their services and expertise. I would highly recommend Michaela and her team, if you are letting your house in Swanscombe. A special thanks to Pauline (in accounts) and Samantha (the Support Services Manager) - you guys are a super team! Thank-you for your hardwork Micheala, may you to continue to be your best self, helpful and kind to others as you have been to me. RMJ are lucky to have you! Thanks

GoogleReally excellent and rapid service in finding a tenant at the right price. All the staff we came into contact with were brilliant and helpful. The "Open House" number of viewings exceeded our expectations as did the number of offers received. The pace of events was hectic and sometimes it was difficult to keep track of who wanted what information. The Portal gave us some problems and it would have been better to have have had a "tutorial" if this could be possible. Also, we would prefer to see one-off and recurring fees to be shown separately for the sake of clarity. Full marks also for putting us in touch with EcoPro who cleared our house contents swiftly and efficiently at reasonable cost. Would we use Robinson Michael & Jackson again? Most definitely!
