GoogleWe are highly satisfied with the excellent service from RMJ Rainham office, when we recently sold our house. Special thanks to Learna Smith for a fantastic job of marketing our property, and getting a quick sale at a better price than I expected. What more can you ask for from an estate agent.
The whole office works well as a team too: phone calls are answered by real people (not constant voicemail) and messages are passed on promptly and efficiently.
We are really glad that we chose RMJ to sell our property. I would not hesitate to use them again for selling a property in Rainham/Gillingham.

GoogleI'd like to share my experience with Robinson Michel&Jackson selling my property.
At the beginning I had a meeting with Lily and understood all about my selling process and fees.(no hidden fees what so ever). Jo was really helpful through out my Exchange and completion. she chased up my solicitors and updated me every week and speed up the process. thank her :)
Very friendly team and responsible.
My only mistake was chosen online solicitor instead of get recommended solicitors from Robinson Michel&Jackson. (as I was on chain I lost quite long time because they were slow on procedure).
I Highly recommend them from experience.
Kind Regards.

GoogleWe sold our house through Robinson, Michael and Jackson. It completed today. I cannot recommend them enough! They supported us right from deciding a price to market our property to the completion. Nina Nash, our sales progressor was proactive at every stage and dealt with my impatience in the most professional and helpful way possible.
Communication was perfect. Any bumps that came along (due to the chain of buyers) were dealt with by Nina in an efficient and timely manner and we are now at the end of our journey. Thank you to the team but mostly we would like to thank Nina for everything. You are a credit to the company. If we need any assistance in the future we will definitely be back to see you. Thanks again 😁

GoogleI appointed RMJ to market a house which was the subject of probate. Despite this legal process taking far too long ( no fault of RMJ ! ) and the property being unoccupied, I have been impressed with RMJ's unfailing efforts in conducting viewings, arranging site visits, finding a buyer and then ensuring that all parties were kept fully informed throughout. There is a good team at the office but I would particularly like to mention Jo Rossiter who has been my main point of contact and with her thoroughly professional handling and extremely personable approach the sale is now complete.

GoogleWhere to start with RMJ?
Our house sale took 9 months due to organising the logistics of moving to a new country with small children and selling our home during a time of high interest rates and unfavourable mortgage conditions.
RMJ weren't just equal to this challenge, they took every setback, stipulation and challenge in their stride. We had buyers who lied, buyers who vanished and buyers who took some truly awful advice from solicitors. None of this was the fault of RMJ who kept me updated daily, supported us through the ups and down and ultimately got it over the line. My thanks to Andy, Jo, Ryan, Jack, Lilly and Ben.
Special mention goes to Tammy, a tenacious and unstoppable individual who advocated for my family and our interests at every turn. We achieved our dream move in spite of overwhelming difficulty and she was at the heart of making that happen. She is an honest and trustworthy individual and a real credit to the business.
I wouldn't hesitate to recommend RMJ. I'm confident we wouldn't have got this done with any other estate agent.
