RMJ, sold the house in under a week, for the full asking price. As I don't live in england they managed all aspects of the sale, with weekly checks on the empty house, clearing junk mail and organising the upkeep of the garden so it didn't look abandoned. They liaised with the buyer who was also out of the country, so all in all they earned their fee. Thanks for making the process as easy as it was.

So happy with the service we received from RJ Lettings! Katie showed us around a property and was so helpful with answering any questions we had. I then had a lovely phone call to tell us we got the flat, and everyone I had spoken to was so lovely and polite. They have gone above and beyond to help us out and we are extremely grateful.

A brilliant service from start to finish from the entire Robinson Michael and Jackson Chatham team to successfully sell my property. During the conveyancing process, I always received helpful updates from Angela, which helped to reassure me during the process - as it can be an uncertain time, this was very much needed. Special thanks to Angela, Sam and Claire. Thank you!

Brilliant Professional Service. In a short timescale had to move elderly parents to a care home and sell the house. Lily Dowden Smith and the Gravesend team were very efficient from first contact. Quick to respond with accurate information, excellent processes and online tools. The engagement and sentiment shown to my parents was great. House offers achieved within 10 days. Well done Lily and team :-)
