GoogleLied about sellers using the same solicitors and said it would make it smooth process if we used the same as them, however we found out the seller used a different solicitor midway through the process.Wish the sales team would have just been honest rather than taking advantage of us ,considering we was first time buyers. In other news Nina was very helpful and updated us often, she’s the only reason why I’ve given them a 3 stars and not lower.

GoogleWe originally bought our house through Robinson Michael & Jackson 8+ years ago, we were that pleased with the service we've returned, for them to re-sell it. Again, from the point of contact, the whole team have been great keeping us well informed along the way and making the whole experience stress free. A big thankyou to Jack & Mia who have gone the extra mile in getting us the sale & helping find our next property, even working out of hours.
