I had an excellent experience with RMJ Lettings, thanks to Ellie and Katie. Both ladies were incredibly professional, approachable, and supportive throughout the process. They were always quick to respond to my questions, provided clear guidance, and went the extra mile to make everything smooth and stress-free. Their friendly attitude and genuine care really stood out, and I felt well looked after from start to finish. I highly recommend RMJ Lettings, and especially Ellie and Katie, for their outstanding service. Ellie and Katie at RMJ Lettings were absolutely brilliant! They made everything so easy and stress-free, always keeping me updated and answering any questions quickly. Both were friendly, supportive, and genuinely cared about making sure everything went smoothly. I couldn’t have asked for better people to deal with, highly recommend them!

We are absolutely delighted with the service we received from James, our mortgage advisor. As first-time buyers, the entire process was unfamiliar and at times overwhelming, but from the very beginning, James put us at ease. He was incredibly patient, taking the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly. He walked us through all of our options, ensuring we understood each step, and worked efficiently to secure our mortgage offer in a very short timeframe. Thanks to James, what we expected to be a stressful experience turned out to be smooth and completely stress-free. His professionalism, expertise, and genuine care made all the difference. If you're looking for a mortgage advisor you can truly trust, we wholeheartedly recommend getting in touch with James. Thank you again, James, we’re so grateful!

It was a wonderful experience with RMJ, having James Barfoot as my mortgage advisor, he was there to guide me through the process, step by step. I can call on him at anytime, drop messages on WhatsApp and he will reply, even when on holiday, he really made my experience a wonderful being a first time buyer.

I have nothing but amazing things to say about Reside, Lara in particular has answered all my questions on the property and was absolutely lovely when showing both myself and my sister around the property. I would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to rent. They always respond to any queries very quickly and the communication is clear and professional always.

I found Gabija professional but like most estate agents for everyday non luxury premises, majority seem to have limited information on the property which might also come down to some sellers on certain occasions, depending what information they themselves are aware of or…probably not enough care until a potential offer comes up.

Jessica · 26 August 2025 · Robinson Michael & Jackson Chatham & Rochester

Agent replied · 2 September 2025

Thank you for your feedback and for recognizing Gabija’s professionalism. We do take pride in ensuring our team is well-informed about the properties we represent. That said, we appreciate your comments and will continue to refine our approach to ensure even greater clarity and detail from the outset. RMJ Chatham
