I've been renting from Rsk Acton for 6 months now and I couldn't be happier! The whole team has been very helpful and especially the allocated property manager, Mrika Nikolli, has been such a star and a life saver. She's been absolutely amazing, helping us fix every issue that came up and answering all our questions. I have used RSK Acton for valuing and letting my property. From the initial meetings and discussions with the RSK agents, I could get a clear sense of trust and feeling that the specific agent knew the local market well. It was the first time I was going through the process of letting a property and I found RSK's approach extremely helpful, stress free and honest. One of the main values of RSK is that they will put customer relation first and they will always aim to find the best quality tenant. I would unreservedly recommend and use again myself. Priyesh was very friendly and professional throughout the process. He provided an accurate valuation of the property (much more accurate than other local agents), and he was very transparent and informative about all arranged viewings and offers. As I'm sure you already know, Stefan is a consummate professional with a great eye for detail and thorough work ethic, planning and executing all that is thrown at him in a calm and deliberate manner. We have found him to go above and beyond in all circumstances with due diligence for both us as the client and keeping the company's reputation in high regard. As you will also know, this sale has been particularly long and protracted and especially complex considering the sitting tenant. He has been go-between and mediator handling us, the tenant, our neighbour, the council, the buyer, both legal teams plus the bailiffs and another solicitor thrown into the mix.
