As someone who is new to London, I was not expecting to find a property and complete all of the necessary paperwork to move in in such a short space of time. Both Altin and Will took the time to listen to my requests about property characteristics, and were not pushy about sales - as many other letting agents can be! Overall, it was, and still continues to be, a very professional and friendly team. I would happily and confidently recommend RSK Ealing to anyone looking for a letting agency!

GoogleWhen coming in, the person who was attending me did not even bother to leave what she was doing with a paper. By that means she did not present herself, not even shaking hands as usually made.
We mentioned we are students and the house we were looking for, she did not bother to look for it in the system and said that the landlord does not want students. It is strange to think that she knows what the landlord wants when you are working in such a big company. If the small information she gave me was true, she deserves a higher salary.
I do not study business or estate agencies, but the minimum as a professional she could have done is to give alternatives to the option we had.
I do not want to think that I was treated as in that way because I am a student.
