My partner and I had been looking for weeks for a flat to rent until we met Han. He really listened to our needs and narrowed the property search to what we were exactly looking for.After one evening of viewing we found our amazing place. Han not only patiently helped us find this place , he went the extra mile to help us find and move a sofa using his own car! this really made us feel special and cared for. We are really happy with the service provided by RSK team. The sales team helped us to get the perfect home to rent when we were completely to the location. They rightly understood our needs and the flat was absolutely fine when we checked in. My property manager Kim Mellor is a wonderful person. She guided me with the issues through out our entire stay in the property and also resolved them as soon as we addressed to her. Even the final checkout process was smooth and clear.From my personal view, I would suggest RSK for anyone for the words trust, perfection and a quick turn around response from any member of the team who ever you approach.

My family and I needed to rent a place within a week and Han made it happen even sooner than that for us. He found our perfect home on the first day and had us moved in by day 6! The place ticked all of our boxes and we love it! I can’t explain how well Han listened to what we wanted, was extremely polite, professional and helpful at all times and made the whole process and transition extremely easy and smooth for my family and I. One of the better Estate Agent experiences I've had in London. They weren't too pushy, though they did insist on showing us some dud properties. The in-office staff were professional and calm (i.e. not pushy. I can't overstate how important/unusual this is!). In the office we primarily dealt with Anish Patel who was great and very communicative.

I recently bought my first property. Jack Dann was my estate agent. Couldn’t have asked for better. Answered every single question well, was very communicative. Simply excellent! From the moment my daughter and I walked in there was just a good positive friendly vibe about the office. We were dealt with by Altin who listened to want we required and the same afternoon produced exactly what we were looking for.Procedures were comprehensively explained and in our case we had a few "out of the box" anomalies but were then assisted by Will. All paperwork etc was completed in less than a week. The follow up (having moved in) has been equally excellent with great attention to detail on correct paperwork and inventory. This type of performance can only come from good management and correct staff recruitment. We thank Altin and Will for this, well done. Highly recommended.

My experiences with RSK have been up/down - initially we found a property with them but there was some form of miscommunication and they failed to inform us of a fee that our landlord wanted to charge from our deposit - we only found out once the contract was signed ! However - I must emphasise that throughout, Han Orkoz was, and remains to date, one of the best estate agents I have come across. He genuinely takes a lot of effort, time and understanding to find a property that suits your needs. He negotiated a deal which attempted to make amends for the initial error made by RSK, and even though second time round we didn’t find a property to suit, he was professional throughout and very easy to get on with RSK are a friendly bunch, and have good potential - just sometimes lack attention to detail (in our case anyway). Han, however, I can recommend wholeheartedly because of his sheer work ethic and very friendly personality .

We have had Kim Mellor managing our house for the past two years and we have been most impressed with the pleasant efficient way she has dealt with all the problems that have arisen. We have had two years of peace of mind knowing our house was being looked after by Kim and any thing that needed doing would be done quickly with Kim updating us regularly.
