When asked RSK to sell our property, the staff were brilliant from the word GO!! We were constantly kept up to date with proceedings and as we are located quite a distance away from the sale property, it was never too much to ask if we needed RSK to pop round to the property to look at something or sort something out. Five years ago we bought a flat in Hanwell through RSK and Paul and his team left a very positive impression on us, more so than other agents in the area. Despite our small budget they actually listened to us, showed great patience and worked very hard in finding us a property. It was a no brainer therefore for us to go back to them 5 years later when we decided to sell the same flat. From our initial meeting with Paul we knew we were in safe hands; friendly, professional, knowledgeable, trustworthy, organised and delivering excellent customer service. From their considerate approach to arranging viewings, their feedback and regular communication during the process and also the support and advice from offer to completion the service was superb. Jonathan at RSK is a phenomenal sales consultant - he’s charismatic, courteous, diligent and understanding. RSK as a whole have been an amazing estate agent to deal with, when I started looking for properties in March I wasn’t really serious. I spoke to several estate agents that really put me off the whole process as they were slow to respond, not flexible with time and very judgemental. RSK soon turned my attitude around when I met with Jonathan - He took me to view one property in Hanwell which led to seeing 4 others that evening. He was great, very positive, helpful and really knew his stuff on each of the properties. 4 days later I went back to view one more property and decided that was the one. Jonathan and his team pushed both sides of the solicitors to make the purchase a seamless experience for me. I really felt that I was in good hands. After completion Jonathan and his team have also assisted me by holding keys for my flat to let builders in during the day. I would highly recommend them and will be using them again in the future.

Our home was certainly was not an easy sale to arrange. It had been our home for over 40 years and had its own unique style which not all potential buyers could appreciate.  Throughout, the team including  Paul, James, Stefan and Gurvinder at the Hanwell office provided a completely professional, friendly and honest service.  They are clearly an experienced and knowledgeable team and able to deal with all queries with complete confidence.  Paul and Stefan even provided incredibly useful advice and assistance in respect of the house that we were trying to buy, through a completely different estate agent and in another area out of London. When our first buyer pulled out at the last minute they miraculously were able to arrange a new buyer on the same day.  Our home was then sold to the new buyer with little fuss and within a relatively short period of time.   They were always up to speed with the all the latest information and advice to be provided in respect of our sale, including all the developments in respect of our chain which totaled a number of 4 parties.  I always felt that I was supported by them and given the correct guidance and information which was pitched at the right tone and level. Their post sales assistance was exceptional too.  Sara was enthusiastic, driven and was able to negotiate the progress of the exchange and completion in a measured and astute manner. Overall, I have to say that the service that we received from the team at RSK was exceptional.  I would have no hesitation in recommending their services.  They are head and shoulders above any estate agents that we have come across.

They did a great job of selling my house. I talked to a few agent but Paul impressed most, he was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic. He and the team marketed the house very effectively, organised a lot of viewings, following up with buyers and generating multiple offers. He then negotiated very effectively with the interested buyers to get the asking price. The after sales care was excellent and Paul's experience was a key aspect in holding the sale together, it would not have happened without him.
